I'll tell you why I loved it I think it marries the complexity and composition of some of their greatest songs the speed of some of their fastest thrash the maturity of their songwriting a topical subject multiple transitions multiple solos and that slow crunchy heavy section thats as heavy as harvester of sorrow. And the fact that they can still perform a song like this at their age and didn't get all slow and chill in their 50s doing the golden oldies bour. My other favorites on this is Halo on fire and the title track. Live version to do is there first performance in it in London. It's the obvious choice. Some of the reactions to this one though are priceless.
The weakest track on the album by far. I don't know why people get so excited over this song. It is fast that is all, but it is soft. A lot of the album destroys this. My ranking of the songs. 1.Now That We're Dead...the g.o.a.t. James Vocal performance is ungodly. 2.Here Comes Revenge....The Darkest and Heaviest MetallicA song and video in 30 years. 3.Atlas, Rise 4.Confusion... old school, sounds like something from Kill 'Em All mixed with Garage Days. 5.Halo On Fire 6.Moth Into Flame 7. Spit Out The Bone 8.Dream No More 9.ManUNkind 10.Am I Savage? 11.Murder One 12.Hardwired. I cannot stand short songs, so It 100% deserves to be dead last.
Really? To me it´s the best song they made in many many years. It is fast, it´s a lot of transitions and it make me feel really good. I really like Atlas rise as well. Now that we´re dead is one of my least favorites. It´s fun to see how different the Metallica fans tastebuds are. HEHE!
The whole Hardwired to self destruct album is 🔥🔥
0:52 - yes sir, pls react and listen to this 'Room of Mirror' from their newest album that come out last year 2023.
If you want some more new-era bangers, look no further than:
Halo on Fire
All Nightmare Long
Atlas, Rise!
Hardwired and death magnetic are definitely some of metallicas underrated work, would love to see more of your thoughts on it 🔥🔥🔥
Love this
Hells yah bro l love playing this on guitar. You should learn it too

Halo on fire should be next
Looove this song, the live performance in Chile is so good!
You Need to react more Black Album Songs, "The Unforgiven" (it's a part one of 3 songs, "My Friend Of Misery" and "The God That Failed"
Technology will consume us at some point and just spit out the bone when it’s finished with us basically
Lars HATES playing this live!
I've always felt All Nightmare Long and Spit Out the Bone both lean into St. Anger and And Justice For All for style.
