Wild stuff, that they put the screen back on the outside again. I had the RAZR 2 v9 back in the day and it had an external screen mostly for seeing the time I guess. It was a novelty but not with touch screens, this is more useful

I have the Ultra 40. In the 12 months I have owned it, I have had the internal screen protector replaced twice as it eventually cracks down the centre of the fold. Each repair has taken around 7 days. I hope they have fixed this issue as it's a pain in the arse to be without a phone. Apart from that, I like the 40 Ultra, which can now be purchased for £549. Mental.
No need to apologise for the change of environment, i actually like it. You should consider doing it often, its a refresher to seeing the sawman you always use as your camera test buddy.
They really need to bring small phones back, but taking them seriously. Its always a flagship with a very power hungry chip instead of a regular midrange phone that lasts more than 2 hours
You get 512GB storage and a charging brick AND a case? The US seems to only have the wire and 256GB for a discounted price. ($899.99) I'd rather get the larger storage seeing as there is no option to expand it but it's just not an option at the moment.
A charger and a case, Motorola is doing it with all, even the cheapest ones, they doing good to win the public. I hope they start to include again the headphones too! I mean, there are like a SHITON of headphones at the dolar store, just rebranding from one of these factories, that would be a no brainer move from Motorola.
I used RAZR 40 Ultra for a month and sold it for Honor Magic 6 Pro. Amazing phone (RAZR) but baterry, cameras and overall performance compromises weren't worth it for me.
On all flip phones can you show how you can unflip aka open the phone with but one hand? This is the only cool feature I can think of for this phone. Nowadays there is not even a small gap for the fingernail. In the beginning of time the phone/mobile had a metal whip antenna that the special agent on the go pulled out with his teeth and I always liked seeing that. Technology squashed that.
You forgot to mention smell when you open the box haha.. I opened mine and they use their own perfume inside its super strong perfume smell.. i've got scared at first haha
Owning the 2020,2022 and ultra 40 razr i will skip this 50 ultra due to lacklustre os updates,on the Motorola community forums not one agent can give us any idea when the 40ultra will be getting our android 14 updates,as for security updates i have been getting the bimonthly security updates,im in Australia,as the agents have stated on the forum security updates are done per phone,not the whole region, in America others have the latedt security patches others are still on May 2023,this is the same for all regions, as for me this will be my last razr untill Motorola/Lenova release updates in a timely manner...I hope this helps a few ppl decide.
Great video! Can you make folders in app drawer? I'm way too deep into folder world making different folders for banking, shopping etc in the app drawer. I hate vivo for lack of folder making ability and it's barebones half baked UI.
Still using the RAZR 5G, but the 50 ultra looks pretty good. Definitely makes me want to ditch the 5G. The 40 wasn't as impressive. This seems like a bigger upgrade.
