This Mitsubishi was DESTROYED by the owner's dog and a recent BLAST of winter wasn't too kind on it either! 😱🤮

Well that was crazy! Cujo might need a muzzle before he’s allowed back in the car! 😬🤣
Have a great weekend guys!!
Have a awesome weekend! Proud of you that you deserved it and work so hard. ❤️👏😊
Awesome effort mate. I do have a question, have you ever been forced to completely remove the carpet from a vehicle, just so you can use the pressure washer on it as a last resort?
Same to you as well Mitch!
Hey Mitch what vac do you use? And do you have to have that outlet on your wall to use it?
Mike said he's unsubbing after the crack you made about his cooking! He apparently makes an *awesome* bieberball casserole and I have to try it...help 😫
Great job as always. I can't imagine letting my dog destroy my vehicle like that. Dogs can be trained. That's ridiculous! Also, children can be trained/taught as well if anyone tries.
Absolutely right. How the heck does anyone let that happen to a 2020 car?
Fully agree. On top, leaving always the mess of trash inside when going to a car detailer is as well ridiculous. I mean, yes you are paying for the service, but for me it has something to do with respect to remove lose garbage when bringing the car.
My thoughts exactly! When he was cleaning it I was thinking “don’t you dare give her that car back if she can’t take better care of it!”
One of my favorite parts of your detailing videos is when u clean the plastics. That is so satisfying.
Wow, 3 million subscribers! I started watching at about 50K, doesn’t seem like that long ago. Congratulations Mitch, so well deserved. You work extremely hard for what you have. Looking forward to your future in the new studio!
Thank you!
@@TheDetailGeek what is the pad you are using to apply the wheel dressing and interior protectant with?
I need you we’re is you located at
And what’s the cost
ME TOO. OMG. I LOVE IT
I have a Mitsubishi Outlander, and seeing the state of that one makes me sad. I love my little SUV and how anyone can let them get that dirty is beyond me. I hope they appreciate all of your hard work, and take steps to ensure that it stays a bit cleaner, and if the neglect was due to depression, or just a busy lifestyle, i hope things improve for them. 😊
sloppy dirty people aren't going to care for the car. it will be back filthy within a year's time.
@@badger7554 I give it 2 months max
i love my 2018 outlander its small ,economic, i know is not the best but for the price not regrets so far ( after 2.5 yrs ) also i can seat all my kids lol .
@@CROMaximalist mines a 2016. Definitely wasn't my first choice (yay bad credit) but I've had it for 2.5 years, and its treating me well so far!
Ok long time watcher, first time commentor...lol I have to say, I love the guitar outro stuff...its something I look forward to! Haha maybe its because I am a guitar player, but I feel like it is the cherry on top of an amazing quality video!! Keep up the great work bro! ✌🤘🤘
I can sit here all day n watch u clean these cars trucks don’t matter so satisfying great job u do.
I love these vids. This one wasn't as dirty as a lot of the others, but still satisfying to watch.
Happy Friday everyone! Looking forward to this video - poor Mitsubishi, what a mess 🤢
Congrats on 3 million subs Mitch!!
"And just like mikes cooking, it's pretty gross." 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
congratulations you are really good you have cleaned it to perfection it looks brand new and looking great it looks like it just came out of the dealer how clean it is
In AUS the trade calls Mitsubishis, “ bits are missing”😬, great job, but the owner should be thoroughly ashamed of herself and never permitted to own a vehicle again . Interior was disgusting
The Venn diagram of ppl with disgusting cars and ppl that like McDonalds take away has a massive overlap...
I hope it wasn't their kids that chewed through those seat belts. Still probably more edible than Tom Hortons though. 😂
what a mess and the cars not even 2 yrs old!! The carpeting inside...its probably so thin and cheap as it can be molded easier into tighter nooks and crannies. Cars from the 70s and 80s didnt have such a complex floor pan where carpets concerned. A great detail as always Mitch!!
Well done Mitch that car literally does look better than brand new even with the cheap carpets!
I worked at a Mitsubishi dealership as a detailer and the carpet is a headache
These videos are so satisfying to see! Make me clean my car more often too 😄
Congrats on reaching 3 million subs! This was a crazy detail!
Great!!!!! Loved the reveal music too! 👍🏽
Congrats on hitting 3 mill hard work pays off. Love the videos when is the next studio video
Excellent work, my man. Keep it going. 😎👍🏻
The Mitsubishi looks great when it all cleaned up
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I actually clean my car out before I take it to be detailed. I just couldn’t leave a big mess inside like that and expect for someone else to clean it (not that I do in the 1st place). I would be embarrassed..
this work requires patience and love for what you do and that is what makes the cars look very nice despite the fact that they bring them very nice videos
Any updates on channel number 2. Interested in the build updates!!!
I had an outlander for a couple of years… hated it. I had so many pieces just come apart in that car… 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Have you ever done a video of an engine compartment detail? If not, could we see one?
It's sad to see the drop in quality of the interior on these models. The 2017 had much better interior carpet and the back seats were a much better design without the loose carpet.
Are the steamer and extractor necessary or can I do the same thing but not use them.
Hooked on your awesome channel. Thanks for all the great tips.
Where do you get all the cleaning stuff from
Well that was a lot of fun. I did see a tim hortons cup in there amongst the multitude of "to go" cups. SO Mike is a bad cook. Guess Mitch must be doing ALL the grilling of burgers and chicken on the grill. I am amazed that a dog could chew through the seat belts. That was one stressed or bored dog. Another amazing transformation from garbage can to useable SUV. The carpets in the SUV were cheap looking. Thanks for a great Friday morning Mitch! Have a great weekend!!
Maybe you’ve answered these questions before but 1) What got you into car detailing? 2) How many cars do you service in a day and 3) how do you remain profitable?
2. Given most vehicles take 10+ hours, I’m guessing one.
You should give each car you detail a build quality rating. I'd be interested in seeing build quality of your opinion on year, make, and model!
In Australia the car would be defected until the seatbelts were replaced…..
Have you ever used or considered using Norwex products on a detail job?
I would love to know how you resist kicking off those chunks of snow and ice!
these videos are always so satisfying
Ficou muito top !!
Who in their right mind would let such a nice car get into such a state ,must have more money than sense, 😥👍
They definitely should do more training with their dog... Replacing seatbelts is getting expensive quickly
What is that lint brush called ?
Absolutely satisfying watching you transform a car. Great content!!!
Do you ever detail Subaru's and if so how is the build quality?
What do you do when someone brings their car with stickers on it? Just more care around the stickers or do you take them off?
I Have a question You use a lot of water Does it need a water bill cost a lot?
Man, not to be rude, but what is wrong with the owner of this car? I'm not the neatest person, but I would be *embarrassed* to turn a car into a detailer in this state. If you do nothing else, at least empty your freaking fast food trash out, y'know? I hope they take better car of their dog than they do of their car, or that animal needs to be taken from them.
What is the most expensive vehicle you have detailed and what is the vehicle is the most fun to detail?
Tell me the owner of the car has a dog without telling me the owner of the car has a dog
How could ppl left their car dirty like that😭
Can we have a semi truck wash video?
Ah the bitsashitty yep that what they are know as. Bitsamissing or bitsashitty
OMG we are in May and that car looks like it came from January 😂
No clay bar?
A wild animal did lived in there.
Na you missed out you gotta kick the ice out
So I bought a lilly brush and it works great on my couch but not so great on the back of the seat in my car. Do you use something else for that area or are you able to get pet hair out with the Lilly brush?
Nevermind. Got to the part where you use it on the backs of the seats.
I have a Siberian Husky that destroyed my seat belt within 5 minutes, so I can easily see a Pit doing that damage.
Yall still getting winter? Its 80 degrees here in ohio
Bro is she ok with you trashing on her car on camera ? 😂
Hold up y’all have snow
What about [The Magie glowup]
How do clean leather "ventilated" seats? As a side note: I would never let me kids eat in my car for this exact reason. GROSS..
Do you ever get cars that are not destroyed?
I'd love to see you add a quick shot of the pile of dirty towels when finished with a detail. I bet it's a big pile!
I just don´t understand how a car owner can do such a big mess. Cars cost a lot of money and people have no pride on what they own. Mitch keep up the great work.
I can't agree enough. It's just nasty
at least take the trash out...
Yeah I don't get how people met their vehicles get so filthy. I'd hate to clean a car like that knowing damn well they're gonna destroy it again.

I can't go without cleaning my wife's 20 Cx9 my 90 rx7 and my 18 Wrx all three gotta be cleaned and maintained as well with the house stuff ain't cheap
I know I’ve made this comment before and I probably will make it again! How in the world do you not have enough self pride to at least clean the big junk out of your car before taking it to a detailer! I just can’t understand that. How can you not be so embarrassed to make someone clean that crap up! Another great job Mitch, I don’t know how you have the patience to do all that you do but my hats off to you! Take care, stay safe.
You notice she was too embarrassed to be on camera when she picked up her car. Can you just imagine what the inside of her home looks like.
He probably tells them not too so that the car has a more dramatic makeover
I always wonder just how a car can get /this/ dirty anyway. A couple we know has twins and they never had any problems with their car looking so horrible...
Some people are disgusting
I can answer you that: depression, anxiety, executive disfunction, ADHD, hoarder... Being a working mom can be so hard for many people. Maybe she is a single parent, and made the huge mistake of adopting a pittie, which need a lot of exercise and attention. Maybe she had enough and give up, maybe she brought this vehicle because she needed help... I'm not a judge.

I love that the owners dog got blamed.. when it was probably really a raccoon 😉🙊🦝❤️
😁
@@RaccoonNation my ex- boyfriend had a dog who did this to his car, after it was all repaired/changed the dog was only allowed to travel in a travel crate in the back.
🎟
It's amazing how abused that Mitsubishi was!! It's only 2 years old!!!
As much as Mitch hates carpeted wheel wells, theyre so satisfying to watch especially when all the dirt and mud pools at the bottom 😄
Congrats on 3M subscribers Mitch!! And another classic detail in the books!!
Thanks Steph!
@@TheDetailGeek NP sir!! Looking forward to the opening of your studio!!
@@TheDetailGeek Hi from the UK.
Why not name that body treatment stuff, " Mike's Magic Mist....spray on body treatment. Lol. ☺
Hi my name is Connor I live in SouthAfrica and i absolutely love your videos
@@lukebosch28 I'm still waiting on the Detail Geek key chains..😉
I have to say, I'm most impressed with the top-level labelling on the Super-Secret Spray.
That interior is gonna go from pristine back to dumpster fire with in two weeks. Beautiful job as always, Mitch!
Just for myself, I think you should stick with what you've got and market the new product as "Detail Geek Super Secret Sealant Spray." I'd buy it on general principal just to see how well it worked!
Why is it so hard for people to simply take their fast food bag with them after they exit the car?
When you could save some time, water, energy, and effort by allowing some of that ice to melt on the exterior, is there a reason that you don't reorder some of your process to start on the interior first and then handle the exterior later after giving the ice some time to melt?
Those seat seatbelts definitely aren't safe to use anymore. I had a seatbelt get messed up in my Mustang, I had to buy a new one but they are easy enough to replace by yourself.
Nah they’re fine
The seatbelts would fail the annual Ministry of Transport test here in the U.K. except you don’t have to start being tested until the vehicle is three years old.
I have the 2022 Outlander and remember one of the things the salesman said when going through the process of buying it was that they have really worked on making the built and design better. Seeing another outlander from previous years I can agree with that statement 100% even though they’re still using really cheap carpet. Great work on making this vehicle look as good as it can be!
I just have to say that as a owner of a pitty my dog doesn’t chew my seat belts in either in my cars and not all pit bulls are bad. So pls don’t judge them by what horrible owners have done to them. Great video like normal
Pitbulls are probably the most adorable dogs I've interacted with. Their personality is just amazing a complete opposite of what people think of them.
I think the reason Pitties get such a bad rap is that it is VERY easy to mishandled them. That being said, it is also true of most of the guard breeds like Rottweilers and Great Pyrenees. 🤷♀️
Mitsubishis are an incredible line of cars, in terms of its engines. I had a galant and it was a beast
For how cheap most Mitsubishi cars are in general I’m actually surprised how nice the car seems. May have cheap carpet but the seats look nice and has a pretty big touchscreen radio. At least your getting what you paid for 👍🏼
@@helenfitch3440 it’s a ~$22,000 SUV….. 😂
Colton North America gets some crappy Mitsubishi vehicles but outside of America we get the better quality vehicles like the pajero, Triton, pajero sport and evolution. Four Mitsubishi legends right there, look em up
The interior in the Mitsubishi's isn't that great compared to other manufacturers but the 4WD system is one of the best.
@@helenfitch3440 Hard to beat if you need 7 seats, I work for a rental car company in Australia and we've never had any mechanical problems with them. They're fairly quiet and comfortable on the highway. The interior materials are basically the cheapest stuff they can use but if you want better you'll be paying a fair bit more.
Looks amazing at the end!! One thing I'm always curious about, with all that friction between the vacuum attachment and the carpet, how often do you have to replace the attachment?
Congrats on 3M!!! Mitch, I feel like you really outdid yourself on this one. For some reason even though all of your vehicles look amazing at the end, this one really stands out!
Have a great weekend!
"And just like Mike's cooking, it's pretty gross" that was a good one
Aside from doing yoga class, Mike should need some cooking class ngl
Another job well done. I always get sad once the tire treatment goes on because I know the video is ending soon. Oh well, can't wait for the next slow-mo side to side wash mit upload🤙🏽
Awesome as usual ! Congrats on 3M subscribers Mitch!!! I remember when its in thousands then and now in Millions, never seen a change in your dedication and hard work for every car..keep up the good work man..Many more millions to come👍🏻
Your channel has been my escape in the past when I was working a job I really hated. You motivated me to stay positive in life and find my passion. Congratulations on 3 million subscribers!
When your steam cleaning the interior, does any of the steam effect the electrics?
I'll never understand why people want their vehicles detailed when there's snow and ice on the ground 😆. I think it defeats the purpose 😆.
I was thinking the exact same thing 😂.. me being someone that comes from a city with terrible winters, there is ABSOLUTELY no way I would have my car detailed that time of year!! So pointless 😂
Wow! Awesome job! So she uses her car as a dump and a chew toy! Amazing what people do. Have never liked Mitsubishi vehicle’s. But looks nice.
Just a friendly question, why wouldn’t you work on the interior first while waiting for the ice to melt? Seems like it could speed up the process. Love the channel man!
I believe that he works outside in to avoid bringing in dirt from the outside into the car as he cleans it. I think he has mentioned it in the Q&A he has done on his second channel. The floor around the vehicle would get pretty dirty if it just dripped onto the floor as he worked.
As a real estate appraiser, I have seen many homes that are completely destroyed. Typically they are foreclosures. Its like the same person went from house to house and totally wrecked it. Leaving ground in crud, busted up trim and woodwork, broken toys, garbage, etc. behind. Makes no sense how people can be so disrespectful to something as expensive as a home or automobile, let alone themselves. Hard to imagine anyone can live like that, but obviously they do. Unfortunately, these people also procreate which is even more sad. Enjoy watching your videos. Thank you for sharing!
Humanity is in dire need of an enema. 😄
Nasty is a state of mind, cultural upbringing.
That car definitely needs new seat belts
For sure. I'm a bit concerned that they have kids riding in the back with seat belts like that
Great video Mitch I love ur videos
Love your vids 👍
I’m from Australia but on a Friday night I don’t mind staying up till 11pm to watch a good half an hour video each weak
Aussie Aussie Aussie! It helps me relax before going to sleep
It amazes me how filthy some people let their car get-
We have an Outlander Phev GT and it hurts to see an Outlander in such poor condition, I would say build quality is okay for the Outlander keeping in mind this generation was from 2016 but if you get lower trims the interior gets basic with use of cheaper materials, but I hope the owner of the Outlander in this video starts treating their car better because the interior is completely trashed and worn...
Mitsubishi’s build quality after 2000 started slowly going down and pretty much after the EVOLUTION they just totally dropped and continues to be basically non existent to this day.
The Mitsubishi 2020...what did you expect? A good year? 🤷♂️
Wrong. I know North America got some pretty crap Mitsubishi vehicles but their build quality hasn't gone down at all. I have experience with pajeros, tritons, pajero sport and evolution (lancer) which are Mitsubishi legends and are still being produced today apart from the pajero. Their build quality has improved over time, it's not cheap and nasty like the 80s/90s interiors. Mechanically they are unbeatable, pajeros and tritons with over 1 millions kms on the road today, original engine
@@anthonyramdin1037 The interior may not be as bad as something from the 80s or 90s but when you compare them to other brands they are hot garbage, the 2022 outlander is pretty decent but that's the only one, I work at a rental car company and we have basically everything under the sun. the only brand I would rate lower than Mitsubishi on interiors is LDV. 100% agree with you on the mechanicals though, Mitsubishi is one of the makes that we have the least issues with.
