I just caught a shark on the fishing game. It is pretty intuitive. Even for a beginning player, you can still get some rewards. I'll be back after I help @Jennifer MB cut the ends off her new floor mats. LOL

Mitch I was car shopping this weekend and my husband and the salesman were looking at me like a psycho b/c I was getting on the floor and examining the quality of the carpet pile to decide if it would be easy to keep clean 🤩😁😁

Same when it comes time to get a new vehicle. I like my vehicle but the carpet gets on my nerves when trying to clean it.
We have a great teacher, dont we! I sold a Mustang a few years ago...I Bought a steamer, I also opened the glove compartment and cleaned it. I slso vacuumed the trunk!

6:26 - I hear ya about the softer rubber floor mats…I had the same ones (from Walmart) for 6 vehicles…until I got Husky ones for my F-150 and IMO they are way nicer & easier to clean. Great video, Mitch!
It's crazy how many people don't take care of their cars. I have that same car in blue. Mine is 15 years and it has never been that filthy. My seats still look great, the floor looks great...just a few wear & tear scratches.
You did a great job though. That car looks amazing.
Suggestion.... Hang the carpets with a hook on the wall.. That way you'll use WAY less (high pressure) water

He did mention before in Q and A, that he will leave the cars windows and all doors open, to let it dry faster. I would say a few hours
in my experience, 30-40 minutes in direct sunlight on a 85°F day. nice day, not too sunny, more about 2 hours
I’ve literally learned everything about detailing from watching this guy and have began to start my own business. I was lucky enough that my dad has a facility with a wash bay and a brand new hotsy. It has a big enough overhead door to fit combines and tractors which will be a a big part of the business during harvest/planting season. Basically just had to buy my own products and the steamer and carpet and upholstery cleaner and detail brushes and shit. So, thanks dude

Compared to the other cars in the past , this one looked easier to clean.

I'm not sure if this comment is elsewhere but the second he starts vacuuming, I'm waiting to hear his thoughts on the quality of the carpet :) when looking for a vehicle I want top of the line quality carpet and I trust your opinion Mitch :) keep up the incredible work!
This car was just gross, it makes me think about what under the hood looks like. I noticed generally do not clean in that area. Could that be a liability issue?

My guess is they got the rubber ones and then just didn't know what to do with the carpet ones so... they stay there I guess!
The Rav4 seems to be a pretty nice small SUV once cleaned up. That RED is beautiful, and you made it glossy and shiny again. 8 floor mats, wow, that's a lot of coverage. One on top of the other I suppose for bad weather. The sock question was one I appreciated. I can understand not wanting to track more dirt in the car after cleaning up the carpets. There was a lot of gross water in that bucket. FISHWITHMITCH, the fishing game sounds like a good relaxing time after a tough 11 hour day of cleaning up a car. Have you ever been doing the initial spray down of the exterior with the power washer and caught a chip in the paint and accidentally made it noticeably worse?
Thank You for this upload. This is the one car I been wanting to get except in a 2012 RAV4 with the V6 engine. Mostly I love the 3rd Generation models. It’s hard to find the RAV4’s with the V6 since Toyota Doesn’t make the RAV4 in a V6. But glad you got to do a Detailing on this car.

So I’m new to the foam cannon. I bought an Adams one and I tried using it but when I tried it looked like watery soap. I thought I put enough foam soap in there. Is that the problem? Not enough and too much water? I have a gas powered pressure washer and the regular wand it came with. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
Either you don't have enough soap or you need to adjust the flow mixture. Does your foam cannon have an adjustment knob?

I’m sure you get asked this ALOT. As a professional detailer, my air nozzle on my air compressor is MY BEST FRIEND. Saves me so much time. Any reason why you don’t use one? I prefer it over my steamer for sure.

I had an interesting vision.
Me: oh boy I better get going Mitch and the others are waiting on me.
Mitch: hey Will nice to see you again. This car is gonna need some serious deep cleaning.
Alexa Bliss: I think the dirt looks like someone went off roading.
Kyle Larson: well yeah but this is off gravel roads. I usually do dirt racing and Nascar stock car racing. Although they do need a detail from time to time.
Me: lol yeah good one Yung money 😂😂😂
Mike: Hey everyone!!!
Stone Cold Steve Austin: what’s cookin brothas and Alexa?
Me: morning Mike and Stone Cold.
Mitch: ok now we’re all ready let’s get this car cleaned.
Me: aye aye Mitch.
So Mitch begins the detail with a thorough pre rinse making sure all of the dirt comes off before the wash stage. Once the car was completely rinsed he cleaned the tires with tire cleaner rinsed the tires well and then foamed up the car. Mitch used his detail brushes to get all of the hard to reach places behind the gas door the front grill door handles side mirrors and emblems.
Mitch: ok Alexa and Kyle go ahead and soap this down.
Kyle Larson: I’m on it.
Alexa Bliss: same here.
After Alexa Bliss and Kyle Larson soaped the car by using the wash mits Mitch rinsed the car and then Mike and Stone Cold Steve Austin dried the car.
Me: ok Mike and Stone Cold time to dry.
Mike: I’m here now.
Stone Cold Steve Austin: good thing I got my theme song on.
Me: 😂😂😂
After the car was dried Mitch wanted to get the floor mats cleaned so he used carpet solution drill brush and his pressure washer to clean them. He would use the bissel spot clean professional to suck out the remaining water to make sure they were damp and would dry out faster.
Now onto the interior.
Mitch: Will you got the vacuum?
Me: I do. Ok let’s get the seats out.
Mitch: already did.
Me: holy smokes you’re quick 😀👍
So I quickly vacuumed the seats and carpets inside the car. Kyle Larson also used the drill brush on any loose dirt so I can vacuum any loose dirt. Once we vacuumed the carpets and seats we also got the rest of the interior trim and panels.
Me: ok that looks great.
Kyle Larson: awesome.
Mitch: thanks guys. Looks marvelous. Ok Alexa now let’s extract the seats and carpets.
Alexa Bliss: ok then. Let’s do it.
Alexa Bliss and Mitch took turns extracting surprisingly not a lot of stains this time. But they were still shocked but Kyle Larson and I were amazed.
Me: woah.
Kyle Larson: that looks better.
Alexa Bliss: even though it wasn’t too bad the smell sort of smells bad gross 🤮
Mitch: yeah for sure Alexa gross 🤮
After that Mitch quickly steam cleaned the interior trim steering wheel dashboard center console and gas and brake pedals with his steamer and used all purpose cleaner. After that was taken care of he then used his favorite product 303 aero space protectant which dressed up the interior.
Me: nice 👍
Mitch: oh hell yeah.
Me: let’s clay the exterior first Alexa.
Alexa Bliss: I agree let’s get this ready for Mitch and Kyle.
Alexa Bliss and I clayed the car and a ton of muck and grime came off like crazy.
Me: woah!!!
Alexa Bliss: damn!!! That’s crazy.
Mitch: thanks guys. Ok Kyle let’s wax this up.
Kyle Larson: ok let’s do this.
After Mitch and Kyle Larson waxed the car then they both cleaned the glass and dressed the tires with a water base coat. We finished in a few hours.
Me: all done looks great.
Mitch: oh yeah. I already alerted the owner. He should be here soon.
Once the owner arrives he was super excited and satisfied. He drove off with a huge grin on his face.
Me: anyone want to watch the Chicago Wolves game on my phone?
Alexa Bliss: sure.
Mitch: this calls for a celebration.
The Wolves would win 5-4 over Stockton in overtime.
Me: what a game!!! Well done Wolves!!! Let’s party!!!!
Mike: let’s dance!!!
Stone Cold Steve Austin: oh hell yeah!!!
Alexa Bliss: let’s rock!!!!

Man I’ll be honest some people may not realize that gravel roads can cause cars to get dirty quickly. Glad this one got cleaned up. Mitch that was awesome well done.

Why don't I see owners manuals in the glovebox? My care is 18 years old and I what is in my glovebox is the manual and service invoices. I try to keep my car clean and tidy.... I feel sorry for you because I have never seen any car as dirty or filthy as the cars that you work on. You do a great job. BTW you cleaned your both your parents cars and at times may I say that my car looked almost as dirty as your moms.... You do a great job.... keep it up. :)

When hearing "bird bombs", I knew I was in for another good time! Those carpesy totally fooled me! They looked like velcro! Yet, ypu made quick work of them! The emptying of the "gross bucket" also surprised me. Based on the mud on the garage floor, I fully expected the interiors to be a whole lot worse! Total surprise ending! It really did look like new! When I worked in the wash bay at my local Ford dealership, I always removed my boots when I worked inside especially a new vehicle. Otherwise, I would leave muddy footprints on the brand new carpet. It drove me crazy when customers or the salespeople would leave muddy footprints on the carpet!
Love your using an Bissell $150+ piece equipment and doing an awesome job, everyone wants the $1200+ with heated water etc, but this is great example of not always needing to start off with the best of the best, what is an price for this kinda of job, I imagine starting at $1200 easy. P.s. no engine bay come on lol jk

I may sound ignorant but, as someone who is an aspiring car detailing business owner, I've never figured out the seat removal thing. Do I take out all the seats? Or just the front?
