Thank you Brother Larry for getting the Slacker back to work!!! 🤣🤣🤣 I had pain in my left elbow from using the clutch on my bike and had to stop riding for a while. Pay attention to how you're using your right hand and see how many things you do the same way. May need to do something different or position your hand different. Always keeping you in my prayers. I noticed how impatient people have gotten over the years (easy to see when driving) and they give up on things that don't bring immediate satisfaction. All things in God's time not our timeline. 🙏🙏🙏

You need ointment with diclofenac in it... like voltaren gel. Diclofenac will kill inflamation for you and help for sure with the pain. You can take paracetamol alongside it to help even more, making the working stronger! Get well soon my friend
Terrel be careful not to push yourself TOO hard when healing up. To paraphrase one of my favorite Heavy metal songs, "We are Soldiers Under Command". The Band is Stryper.

Brother Terrell, you like working out, look into the specific exercises for tennis elbow. My elbows will never fully recover, I’m almost 50. However, God graced us with the knowledge to recover from injuries if we but exercise correctly. James 2: 14 & 17. We need Faith and Works.
Terrell, I am so sorry to hear of your pain and how long it's been for you... I understand that long term pain, the reason I was so many months behind in videos was my C2-C7 in my neck has been really bad, and your neck controls turning your head, using your shoulders and arms... I take 5 pain pills a day now and 2 muscle relaxants to help... I have just finished up my physio and and starting to get some strength in my neck and able to turn it further... hoping with continuing my exercises I will gain more strength and get off the meds.... your message was meant for me today... I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for your healing.... take care, stay safe and as always, we'll see ya in the next one♥

Try getting an elbow brace. Walmart has them usually around the pharmacy. I had the same issue years back and tried all kinds of medicine and creams....the brace did the trick in just a few days of wearing it.
Oh really! I actually brought an elbow sleeve off Amazon almost a month ago and haven't used it one day lol I may start doing so now that you mentioned it! Appreciate cha my Brother!
@@TerrellSpivey I assure you that it'll work. It took some days for me, but it worked. It keeps you from straining your elbow. We don't realize what we're doing on that elbow until we're restrained from doing so. Be patient and even use it if you're not doing anything to cause the extra inflammation. I know it worked for me for sure

Brother Terrell I believe in the power of Jesus Christ our Lord, but I think you’re going to need medical intervention. I had this same problem 15 or so years ago . I had the surgery and it was the best thing I ever did. Easy in and out.
Get some help when you're injured.

While on vacation put your arm in a sling or something that will remind you not to use it. I thought I had a degenerative disease. Doc said tennis elbow... I had used an electric headge trimer months before. It got to the point I could not move my arm without pain. I was about 30 yoa. Now I'm 72 and need pain med for similar shoulder pain....no nartic,, no dope. Take care and enjoy the people you have around you.
