    Superb. You have explained this earlier too. We have been doing like that only. Today you have added some more techniques. We will try doing them also. Because of you, we have been able to practice and are happy after the practice. We feel light and satisfied. We are in a different world for a couple of hours. Thank you so much. We have learnt many by watching your videos only. You are a genuine person and a teacher/trainer too....

    When we open fingers in sideways position My third finger doesn’t come up properly but when little finger comes up then all are ok .your explanation too good Sir 👍
