Love to see how hard people set themselves up for a disappointment, expecting brand new classes. There are hardly gonna be any, let alone of actually good quality. Skins tho - easy to make.
Imagine a mod where every hero can get and use riposte, like Crusader can generate some from Bulwark, or PD can give some from Emboldening, or even Jester could get some riposte from Solo
ngl sounds fun, maybe a more balanced one (eventually when they learn about new heroes using Unity) is to make a character that gives riposte to characters (unique riposte from normal riposte so maybe a different token icon) and every time someone ripostes from the unique token, that new hero gets +1% dmg (1 battle) or something, so similar concept to croc, dunno if also apply the same debuff as Crocodilian
I hope that the mods advance to cover the creation of scenarios, imagine one based on level 3 of the dark dungeon of DD1 or an event where a worm appears, eats you, and you travel inside it until you come out
Is it weird that I don't care about the mods at all? I'm glad they decided to rework MAA and Jester at the same time, it'd be a nothing update for me otherwise.
cause I normally like vanilla, after so long I might normally play with either color skins / I hope there is a Speed up coach and Speed battle that would be added soon (don't like the debug dev tool), just to make it slightly fast , not by much
question: British mentioned something about future comision to make mods, where could i like possibly do that to comision someone for example to make a future character?
I have an area in my discord specifically to get ready to allow people to request commissions! I will say custom heroes aren't something possible right now as far as animations and models, but still!
I think kingdoms and now mods are probably gonna make the game surpass dd1, especially once we get to the point where the mods get insanely crazy like new heroes and whatnot I am so excited, dd1+2 are some of my favorite games but it’s kinda weird going back to base dd1 after playing 2 cause they fixed so many cheese things from 1
Let me know when there's a mod that cuts the driving out and just does a 'dice roll' to see what loot you find, stress you gain/lose, and what relationships were effected
It's already a dice roll for most stress and for every relationship and for loor drops? I mean it's percentages but that's literally the same thing lol

@@Britishbrat I'll clarify: I don't like the driving; It's a PITA for me. Sure, the first game had the walking, but curios and other events would happen between the rooms and there were mods that sped it up. The mod I'd like to see for DD2 is just to cut the driving and show a splash screen for the random 'events' (getting loot, stress & relationships +/-, damage to the cart caravan, etc)
@@Britishbrat why is that a good excuse? From the viewers perspective it's distracting and not of good quality. If you can't resolve it then don't be surprised that people comment on it.

I hope modding in DD2 will be as good as DD1 cause class mod alone in DD1 made the game feels so much more playable.
