In this video we will be taking a look at all the teams and stadiums from the 2024/25 English Football League Championship season. You will learn every team, stadium, the capacity and opening year of all the grounds and see every stadium from the air and from inside the ground. Ordered by capacity from smallest to largest.
The EFL Championship (Sky Bet Championship) is the 2nd football division in England. There are 24 teams competing in the league. Luton Town, Burnley, Sheffield United, Portsmouth, Derby County and Oxford United are newly relegated and promoted teams. What is your favourite Championship stadium?

What is your favourite EFL Championship stadium?
Pride Park Stadium
Carrow Road and Brammal Lane
MKN Stadium and Stadium of light
So far the Turf Moore stadium, but would definitely like to try the Hillsborough Stadium next
Probably Riverside stadium in Middlesbrough the pitch there often looks very well looked after.
Carrow Road, Norwich is a close second.
Portsmouth football stadium i glad that Portsmouth are playing championship football next season

They've changed a lot now but I always liked Ashton Gate and Fratton Park. Stadium of Light is pretty impressive as it towers over every other stadium in that division.
Deepdale is my favorite.
49k capacity for the championship is crazy
When the Stadium of Light opened in 1997 the capacity was 42 000. It was expanded a few years later to 49 000 when the club was in the Premier League.

Fratton Park is a great stadium and has the best atmosphere 👍🏻

Even Kassam Stadium is bigger than Luton Town's stadium.
