Which team will you be rooting for in the 2024/2025 season?
Pride Park Stadium
Leeds⚪️🟡🔵
Leeds
SUFC ⚔️⚔️⚔️🇺🇸
Plymouth
Fun fact: Fratton Park is also the only professional English football ground not located on mainland Britain
PUP, we are getting renovations, before our stadium’s capacity was reduced, we had a massive stadium.
Luton, poor stadium, fantastic football club. New ground coming and a great era. Coyrrmfh.
That’s why Pompey is the best
I was alway told the first game under floodlights was Portsmouth vs Newcastle in the 50s at Fratton Park
It was, he's got that wrong about Sheffield.
First floodlight game was at bramall lane in the 1870s
Portsmouth was the first league game played under lights. Sheffield was the first game but between two representative sides.
@@eljabbador no he didn't
Oxford's capacity might increase to around 14,500 if a 2000 seater temporary stand in the open end comes to fruition.
Also in a couple of years if our new stadium gets the go ahead
Deepdale is designed with the Luigi Ferraris stadium in Genoa as the blueprint, and the face of Bill Shankly is in the stands.
Coventry fan here, I’m pretty sure the plans for a new stadium have been cancelled.
The MKM Stadium is owned by Hull City Council. Hull City own the SMC which is responsible for managing the stadium.
Cardiff Blues have been playing at Cardiff Arms Park again since 2012.
Is that the ground the other side of the old national stadium ?
Burnley were champions in 1921
Good video. The SoL was originally 42,800 when it opened, and was expanded to 48k after 4 seasons
My team has the 16th biggest capacity in the championship. I thought we would be one of the smallest tbh.
I never noticed this before, but nearly all the smallest stadiums from the Championship are located in the south.
UP THE NORTH
Football in England really got popular in the north first so they had a bit of a head start on a lot of southern clubs.
Also southern football is dominated by London teams so clubs in that region always have to compete with the capital for fathering fans.
@@user-yf4gx9lw6c Fathering fans sounds like fun, where can I sign up?
My favourite stadium is carrow road
Got some facts wrong here, Cardiff blues have not played at Cardiff City Stadium in over a decade and they never plan to return, they currently play at Cardiff arms park.
I wanna see Luton come back
To the premier league.?I wanna see see them back in League 1 ! Come on you orns! 🇧🇪 🐝
Cardiff Blues (now Cardiff Rugby) haven't played at CCS for 13 years. They only played there for 1 season, 2010/11.
Plymouth argyles grandstand was demolished and rebuilt 3years ago , but we had to rebuild it in exactly the same style as it was a listed building , get your facts right , green army
It was designed by Archibald Leitch just like the stands at Ibrox and Goodison Park. Not many of them remain.
Go Janners!!
Hillsborough 💙🦉🤍
we want for league one video too
Hillsborough is 39,000!
39,732 actually ;)
The capacity is 34,835 for safety reasons.
Yeah but it's been forcibly reduced,
Hillsborough needs the 1966 leppings lane stand replacing and the corner filled to the North tbh
A new stand there and the rest getting an overhaul and Hillsborough could look good again.
@@doyoulikebeetroot Leppings lane stand should have been rebuilt after the disaster.
@@andy-wn1hq
Yeah I agree
Instead of wasting so much dosh in other areas and at a time they could afford it.
Now it really is the reason away fans take the P!$$
Looking around for the peeps that were expecting, wishing and saying that Everton would be enjoying their New Stadium in the Championship 😜
Well they have one more season at goodison park so there’s still time
@@Craig.229 No docked points
I read that they might go into administration if moshiri pulls the plug. Leicester also facing points deduction cus of ffp
I'm hoping to go to Goodison next season. I'm a Tractor Boy and love the older traditional stadiums, for the atmosphere and history. So I'm actually quite pleased.
@@AMFL3116good luck next season. Villa park is a beautie. The history of the stadium and the old style of it make it really special
Elland road is my favourite because I support Leeds, have been their and I used to live really really close to the stadium
Must suck that they haven't won Jack in 32 years, huh
Meanwhile, the far more successful Manchester United has managed in that timeframe
13 League Titles

1 Super Cup

Old Trafford is a water fall now
@@Gyattohiosigma Not loyal?,They've been shit (relatively) for a few years now and yet there is more demand for tickets to watch Man United than any club in the world.
Shithole
Please do league 1
11:30 Cardiff blues don’t play at cardiff city stadium there stadium is arms park
Eu tô torcendo pelo acesso do Sunderland e Sheffield wednesday nesta temporada! O terceiro pode ser entre Leeds/Blackburn/Millwall/Hull city.
Burnley won the 1st division title in 1921 for the first time. Harry Potts led us to our 2nd league title!!
Cardiff Has the best atmosphere I went and I had a big headache
sounds like the atmosphere needs a bit more oxygen?
Nice Video But Hillsborough Stadium doesn’t hold 34.835k it holds 38,500k because the corner seats near lepping lane was took out so it was reduced from 39.812k to 38.500k it’s
Because of health & safety issues that they can’t sell all the 38.500k seats
As SAG will only allow 34.835k
Maybe Premier League Money would sort the issue out & Hillsborough Stadium over 38k seats can be sold again
Great stadium it is
Yeah, currently our capacity is 34k though so you can't really fault him
So he's right then. All of the capacities in these videos are lower than the number of seats. That's because the clubs get two licences - one for the maximum number of seats and the second for how many can used for football. These videos use the second licence numbers.
R u sure its not because they r SHIT that they can't sell ALL 38,500 tickets? 😂
You had about 8 years of premier league money in the 90s and didn't improve anything wile other clubs were building new stands and stadiums.
@@user-kn9oq2kt5z Grow up 😁
where is Rotherham's stadium?
Rotherham are in league one
Still in Rotherham but after an embarrassing season they got unceremoniously dumped into League 1 😂
@@doyoulikebeetroot that sucks. Leeds.
Sunderland number one for sure, and i liked the West Brom's staduim too, especially the stands.
Can you do sky bet league one for 24/25?

People who never wanted Luton relegated
old stadiums are the best. Luton is Number 1
Luton

this is another snipe at the state of English and Welsh stadia, We love our grounds, We love our football, and we love having the two most competitive leagues in the world, why critisiis what is not broken, and your not even funny
Qprs stadium but qpr need a new stadium 🏟
We're back :D

Luton Airports ground is a complete dump..😂

Disappointing to see Leeds in this video 😢
Fuxk Leeds.
Championship club
That's what totally bottling the end of the season does
inaccurate regarding Coventry's stadium. Get your facts right before making a video.
@EASports please add all the 24 stadiums🥲🥲
Can anyone help me? I’m unable to see St Andrews here, was this an error?
Because they got relegated from the Championship last season
NICE TO SEE HILLSBOROUGH SO HIGH UP. 💙🦉🤍
Must be people who've never been , shit hole with leaks in toilet roof , a death trap away end and rusty as fuck .
Would be higher if we could use the actual capacity of 39k
@@doyoulikebeetroot ,why would it , you not averaged 30,000 since 1968
@@Cockermadman
What has that got to do with it?
My comment was based on the ground having almost 39k seats
I wasn't talking about average attendance
Take the seats out of the kop and it will hold 30,000 standing spectators once again
