And all done with just 4 polygons. Awesome!

Hehe, yeah. The tag says MSFS payware for $30, but the visuals say FSX freeware. I'd love a really good Bird Dog. ATSimulations was working on one, and if you know their Focke-Wulf Piaggio 149D you know how great that would turn out, but it seems that won't happen anytime soon, because ATSimulations is pretty much radio silent since December 2021 (it's August 2022 now).

This plane is now in marketplace. Handles great in air. Not so great while taxiing.

I definitely will add this one to the hangar, only for the pontoon version. thanks for showing, I think I can live with the cons of this plane, it looks so much better than the icon a5

Still no water splash effect in FS2020!

So far, I'm finding it nearly impossible to wheel land this thing
without ground looping... seems like it loses almost all rudder
authority which may or may not be a trait of this aircraft in real life.

I would love to add it to my list of planes to choose from however, when I think of paying $30 for what could've turned out a whole lot better, if more time had been taken to complete it, then I'll just save that money for the next go around. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to be the one who ruins the fun but in this case it just isn't worth it to me.

Fair enough! It's absolutely borderline worth it for us ~ It's nice that it's 3 variants and I enjoyed the look of the L-19, but was a bit disappointed with the cockpit model ~

A mountable gps would be great because no one leaves home with out one

You actually aren't flying at 120 knots but 120 mph the bird dogs airspeed indicator is in mph not knots the old airplane mostly had their airspeed indicator mph, also aluminum doesn't rust but oxides. I had an ercoupe and now have a Piper Tri-Pacer and have flown several taildraggers and they all come with the old style mph airspeed indicators. Nice review

Did you forgot to retract the landing gear by the way? Could be the source to your not too satisfying touchdown on water

Yes, I did forget to raise the landing gear in the ending shot unfortunately lol. But the landing clip is with the gear raised ~

Can the airplane spin? Seems most or all of the airplanes in this sim cannot.
