All food and beverages - Apres Ski - SNOWCHEF Season #4 USA - Episode

Chef John and Foodie JD come back to the world-renowned destination for outdoor adventure and mountain town charm, the lovely ski town of Park City.
This gorgeous town is nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Wasatch Mountains and offers stunning scenery, a vibrant cultural scene and endless opportunities for outdoor activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and golfing.
As you’d expect, Chef John and Foodie JD are in Park City for the food, beverage, meeting personalities and eccentrics, as well as getting on mountain for snowboarding and skiing.
Chef John and Foodie JD had heard that Park City has a rich and diverse food scene, so they immediately wanted to get deep into scene and down into Main St to see what was on offer.
There’s breakfast to be had at Harvest, where they tell us we love three things - food, coffee, and people. So that’s an all in from Chef John and Foodie JD.
They soon want to immerse into some wild west action and dive into No Name Saloon, where its beers, cocktails, food and famous buffalo burgers.
Chef John wants to meet a true ski bum Chef, so JD suggests dropping into Shabu, as the word on the street is that Chef Bob is a legit SnowChef and ski bum.
This little meet up is sure to provide some pure insight into a legit SnowChef and ski bum.
The next day the lads warm up with some coffee and pastries at Five Seeds and then decide its time to explore the peripheral of Park City and make their way out to Gold Creek Farms to discover what goes on behind the scenes to create the artisanal, handmade, quality 100% natural cheese made from the milk from their Brown Swiss cows.
Its the coldest day of the trip, but Chef John wants to try his arm at one of his passions of fishing and meets up with Deer Valley Executive Sous Chef, Chris Gibson and they find a spot along the river to have a crack at fly fishing.
Just how will the fishing expedition end?
After a few hours in the intense cold, Chef John and Chef Chris are back at Gold Creek Farms cooking over a flame, but just what are they cooking?
Its back to Park City to finish things off, but do Chef John and Foodie JD really want this trip to end?
