Destiny 2 Lore - The new Skimmers and the return of The Concordat? Lysander offers peace?

- Destiny 2's Lore and Story has seen the arrival of the new Skimmer vehicles. They were sent by a mysterious benefactor as a peace offering. It appears that the Concordat, one of Destiny's old exiled factions was the sender of these new skimmers. Whilst their leader Lysander hasn't been seen in years, he has a history of trying to turn the Guardians to his cause, which is even more worrying considering that he tried to overthrow the consensus many years ago. Today I talk about what Lysadner's potential return could mean for the future of Destiny...

This really has been the season of "Don't worry, we haven't forgotten this literal mountain of loose ends." The Ishtar simulation team, the Concordat, the fates of the old Fallen Houses, etc. etc.
Fate of the fallen houses? Where did I miss that lore

Your name really caught me off guard for a second. also don't worry bungie surely forgot something else as per usual.
@@xenosion1131 ah
Your not wrong cuz after how long I’ve played it’s nice to see some of those lore bits that had loose ends get tied up. Hopefully bungie will finally give us access to the vaulted DLC’s and campaign so we can relive them with our friends and family that didn’t get to see how it started. But it’s just a pipe dream.
"We can't call it Lysander's Folly! We dont't want them to remember Lysander or the Concordat!"
Leaves all the banners up.
HAHA yea lol
In Destiny 1 hilarious enough was all New Monarchy Standards and Banners even during the Rise of Iron Quest for the Gjallahorn you see the New Monarchy banners up.
Destiny 2, Bungie changed the Banners just like when they brought over the Black Garden, Venus and Mercury crucible maps
So good to see Lysander again. Gen 6 was really fun!

This sudden reappearance of Concordat and Lysander is especially sus when you consider that the whole leadership of Vanguard is going to leave the Last City and go through the portal in to the Traveler. I think he knows what we are about to do and intends to take over the Last City while we fight The Witness.
We'll still have people like Shaxx, Saint, Ana, Sloane and Saladin in the tower and if all else fails Space Grandma will put Lysander and the concordat on the naughty step.
I don’t think the vanguard is that dumb. Surely 10-20% of their forces remain on Sol for home defence. Could just be random guardians but leaving earth defenceless like that is a big invitation for Xivu or the Vex to walk on in and occupy
@squulliam and if Lysander is *still* the one calling the shots for the concordat after all this time, I think they're in trouble.
It only took Bungie half a decade to remember the Concordant, we’re so back!
They finally have time to explain.
But its still so joever 😔
Can’t wait for the cutscene where Eva gets arrested for tampering with evidence for painting over the Concordat paint job.
"What do you mean I tampered with valuable evidence? I just didn't the color."
You'd think upholding the Concordat's erasure and making sure banished rebel banners don't return to the Last City would have Eva commended.
I would love to see Bungie spice this all up
She'll be fine. Lol

Maybe Lysander confused Osiris and Fellwinter, since Fellwinter wasn’t a human but a creation of Rasputin
Don't forget that Osiris revealed in Season of The Seraph that Fellwinter was his mentor in the Dark Age. The two were close to each other and that might explain the mix up.
I can't believe I haven't heard of this theory before. That makes a lot of sense.
@@ObsoleteVodkaYTOsiris is just a thot
Or perhaps he knew and deliberately lied about it, as part of a gambit to sway the public against the Vanguard.

I'm usually very attentive when watching a byf video, but that skimmer gameplay was hypnotizing
That grind around the turbine on Neomuna
It was like tony hawks pro skater haha@@biohazard724
With Zavala and Ikora leaving the last city to go with us inside the Traveler, this is a very curious moment to leave this here.
With the Skimmers being so close to Cloudstrider skyboards, I wonder if the Concordat have allied with, or even settled in, Neomuna. That would explain how they were able to evade the Hidden all this time.
Turns out Osiris was the protégé of a Golden Age piece of tech that was “misicarnated”Felwinter.
Also Felwinter was named by a punny ghost because spring follows winter so when Felwinter went to speak his name as one of his first words and is cut off with “don’t speak, your name is Felwinter now” Felwinters lie was his name wasn’t actually Felwinter.
byf already made a big video about Felwinter (probably a couple videos actually) explaining him

Brought this up in Evazes video but something I noticed.
Arms dealer and Concord have similar color profiles. What if Lysander had dealings with the cabal? The red war would’ve been a perfect opportunity
Bracus Zahn had this green paintjob since the Red War. And Exotic Sparrow that could drop from him had the same paint and patterns. Lore talked about his meeting with Ghaul. Honestly, I don't see a connection.
@@grzegorzflorek5623 Concordat's older, and more established in the solar system than Zahn's arms dealing ring. Who's to say Lysander wasn't a benefactor?
@@jimijenkins2548 That's the issue. We have no solid evidence for either claim. Besides, Zahn was supporting Red Legion with weapons, and they goal was to eradicate humanity and harvest the Light. By supporting Zahn Lysander would go against his own self interest. And after killing Zahn (twice) and raiding his base, we would have found some evidence for that (or Hidden would).
Not gonna lie, I laughed out loud when I heard Eva painted over their green paint job. I don't know why, but that amuses me.
Oh no that won't do. *paints with grandma Intent*
I had read through the lore tab and thought nothing much of it. Then I got to the end, read the word concordat and thought “wait… I know that…” looked it up and instantly remembered who they were and knew what were up against. Hopeful that we’ll see them and the remnants of the exiled factions turn up for future conflicts!
in the case of dead orbit, i can only really see them coming back as heralds of another calamity. Ir coming back in some state of undeath like scorn, but I don't count that as them returning if it's not of their own will
could you imagine if a future expansion makes us actually fight other guardians, or at least human lightbearers? like crushing hive ghosts was one thing but damn this would be something else
The Dead Horse Returns to be Beaten Once More.
No, but seriously, when was the last time they were mentioned again, aside from the old pvp Tower map?
Kelgorath and taniks: they talking about us?
I remember them being aluded to in one of the holiday lore pages like a couple years ago, but that's about it.
One interesting thing about that, why they chose to send the skimmers to Spider in particular?
Now I think they might somehow know that Spider got smuugled into the City and just kinda allowed to stay, maybe they wanted to contact him and try to get to infiltrate the City on their own, getting in in the similiar fashion?
Well, if they wanted to get ingent amounts of illegal (or at the very least non-registered) vehicles into the city and onto the hands of guardians without getting caught themselves while transfering them (since they are still exiled and would be detained on sight), Spider would be exactly the person you would go to.
Black market items, shady deals and discreet under the table trades and transfers of items are his specialty.
@@voltus20 I see
But it would still be an interesting possibility 🥲
The Osiris story seems to have been repurposed to felwinters lie so if there is a new story to be had from Lysander it's probably one of contrast as opposed to outright conflict like before.
I do have a theory, although it doesn’t have much substance, and it’s more of a feeling in my gut. It’s sort of implied that the Skimmers are some sort of reverse-engineered Cloudstrider hoverboard tech. This makes me think that if the Concordat were to be anywhere in particular, they are on Neomuna. If that’s the case, I believe that the Concordat will be involved if Bungie ever decides to spend more time with Nimbus and Neomuna in any future stories.
literally foamed at the mouth when i read the Lysander tidbits on tuesday like as a D1 vet i love seeing this old stuff get brought up again
It does get me thinking about a human civil war in destiny- like fighting human enemies who actually side with the concordat and Lysander. It's an interesting prospect that could be visited post the Light vs Dark story tbh.
also its good to note that the skimmers were probably going to be released when FS was supposed to come out. meaning that this could be a direct tease to future lore within the episodes/beyond.
With the Light and Darkness arch ending, a return of the Concordat is a pretty interesting direction to the narrative to go
Quite honestly, the factions and Human groups have potential to represent how we have ironically alienated the people’s were suppose to fight for.
13:49 The sad thing it's that something the now days Bungie would definitively do it, just toss something with good potential aside to focus on some loose story telling...
Cries in rise of iron and black armory
i like how we got skateboards out of nowhere. the ramps on neomuna make me think this was a lightfall plan that was delayed, but still super stoked!!
Your not wrong
"Each Guardian wants something: greater speed, a rare weapon, a secret. Learn what it is. Use it"... hearing this again, but with the current state of Destiny reminds how Bungie continues to live vicariously through its characters (intentional or not). Leading to the Final Shape, that quote from Lysander sounds like a literal business model of Bungie lol
inb4 some bungie higher up named lysander gets pinned for all the problems later this year
there really is potential in something like how calus would bring guardians to himself with loot
Lysander and I he concordat are some of my favorite pieces of destiny lore. After we got lysanders cry in destiny 1 that was my only sparrow used and stated that I stood with them.
I sincerely hope once the Light V Dark Saga has concluded, we begin another saga with a deepening of the world that Destiny exists in, and I hope that means we pick up where we more or less left off with the Last City’s factions.
It’s very clear that Destiny’s well of available plot hooks has been sparse as of late, and the best possible way to refill that well is with long dead threads and concepts that are years-forgotten or completely newer, bolder ones.
An example I love pointing to is a franchise people compared Destiny to for a long time - Warframe.
Warframe just 4 years ago is unrecognizable to Warframe today.
There’s so many plot threads that Digital Extremes can pull on for new stories.
Hell, every year Digital Extremes pulls something so uniquely fucking weird that it keeps me coming back. They’re completely unafraid of throwing shit from straight outta left field.
I sincerely hope Bungie does stuff even slightly akin to DE’s approach.
Just give us shit from straight outta left field.
Lysander would be a good one to throw, even if only for an Episode.
Super funny how the first couple hints of the Skimmer in the hints and quest title could all reasonably be taken as, "Oh, they're from Nimbus because they're based on Cloudstrider tech and Neomuni came from Earth and it used to be home." completely didn't even read any further into it at the time.
Hopefully this does turn into a larger plot point in the future, but I dont see it happening any time soon. Since we already have a rough overview of the first 3 ep, I expect they want things to "settle" until Marathon. After that is when we'll get bigger story twists, for example I like the idea that since Dead Orbit has such a large fleet, the Concordat is feeling threatened somehow, and Lysander realizes bribing Guardians with shiny toys is easier than trying to control one of the other factions.
Hey man, just want to say that I love you using Skimmer footage in the background to the Lore. I would not at all be opposed to more of the same style of background video.
Why is it always the Events that have the odd side story lore.
We had guardians betting Shaxx's horn, the current hunter vanguard performing her duties by training new lights with Saint, and now The Concordat
What hunter vanguard? /gen
@@just_system The Colonel is the current hunter vanguard.
On the Candescent Cloak lore tab you can see her giving orders to new lights during training.
Got to have something to make it intresting lol
@@mtndew314The Colonel is a chicken, not a guardian. Pretty sure the Vanguard mentors have to be guardians. It was just a silly scene written to be funny
@@Xencam They aren't technically the official Vanguard but they are the unofficial Vanguard and that lore entry is bungie's way of playing into it.
"Currently, the Hunter Vanguard position is vacant as no Hunter wants to fill the role leading to many Hunters that could fill the role to flee the city for important "Assignments". They have since been spiritually represented by Colonel who occupies the space of the fallen Cayde-6 and has since been christened "Pigeon Lord" by Saint-14."
This feels like a hint of things coming down the line. I don't mean in the next DLC, but in what's planned for the next big story.
15:43 Ly-thigh-nder
I always held the faith that Lysander would pop back up eventually. I’d pay for an “Episode” with him as the big bad guy any day of the week!
You can hear suspicious NPC dialogue in the tower questioning the leadership of Zavala , the actions of the Vanguard and the fact that guardians don't even notice the presence the non guardians
Now this is interesting. Would be interesting see how much of a villain he could become post The Witness. Hell, maybe the chaos after its defeat would be the perfect time for him to strike as the next big bad! Also Byf, I know you're probably still super busy considering all that's going on in Destiny, but would you ever consider going back to Warframe at some point? Those videos of yours were some of your best, utterly golden. Would love to see them come back.
Considering how Ikora wanted to wipe the Concordat from the Tower's history (as seen in promoting the name "Bannerfall" over "Lysander's Folly), I think it'd be really funny if Eva had just forgotten about the Concordat. It'd also be a moment of Ikora's mistakes coming back to bite her: she wanted Lysander and the Concordat to be forgotten, and they were.
I think that this is the most logical explanation too. I feel like if Eva recognized the Concordat's heraldry, she would've reported it instead of just slapping a new coat of paint on the Skimmers and calling it a day.
It's funny how the lore of the class items (having Guardians argue over armor design and coloring and Eva having to play judge for Guardian Runway) is completely opposite to the lore of the Skimmer (the apparent imminent return (introduction for us) of the Concordat and Lysander).
I bet the Concordat has some type of tech that we'll need in order for Riven's wish to properly work and get us near Crow's position in the Traveler. In order to get the tech we'll have to do a bunch of missions over time.
Savin the Guardian showed a tremendous fondness for doing things; he had a pathologically task-oriented nature, which made him very useful to the Reef. Yet there was always the sense that his Ghost was watching, observing, reporting. And Savin was most of all greedy-not in the grasping manner of the petty, but in an enormous, all-consuming way, for he desired materials and experiences that would temper him into a better Guardian, and he was always experimenting with his strange powers in foolish ways that left him briefly dead, seeking "a new Super ability" or "some way to make my grenades faster." He grew tired of performing trivial tasks about the Reef, complaining that the dangerous repairs he made were endless and boring, and that he wanted to move on to new worlds. He leapt into space, repeatedly and without reason, as if his death were no more traumatic than a hop off a curb. Obsessed with reward and efficiency, he would rather do one profitable thing a thousand times than waste his efforts on a less beneficial novelty.
By the end of her acquaintance with Savin, Mara had decided she did not like this Traveler and what it did to people. Yet she had also decided that she felt a strange kinship and sympathy for it, this cornered, desperate god, making infinite sacrifices out of its people.
Perhaps the Earth would be better off if the Traveler vanished or was destroyed, she thought. Even in the Reef, she felt as if she were living next to a torch held up in a dark wilderness, calling out across the galaxy to hungry things with too many eyes.
Just gonna say the idea of a “civil war” among guardians would make for a great episode of sorts
"Eva may receive some punishment or penalty"
I very much doubt she will, eva knows zavala and ikora quite well and they wouldn't dare punish her for what she did.
She took a bribe attempt and painted over it and gave it out as a reward.
She took this attempted bribe, gave it a new purpose which was to celebrate guardians.
Yes the hidden and various others may get mad for allowing obviously enemy vehicles into the city and they could be boobytrapped BUT.
eva has not a single evil bone in her body, she is as dedicated to helping guardians celebrate as they come.
Plus zavala, ikora and eris would probably have some serious words with them for punishing their favourite cookie maker.
A Golden Age Experiment sounds a lot like Felwinter, and Osiris trained under Felwinter...
Lysander gave me a hoverboard, if he starts running around campaigning I’m behind him all the way
I have literally never clicked a video so fast! The concordat! LETS GO…my clan has been named after them for years…praise Lysander! Sorry for that freak out but I have waited years for some lore! Woooo🎉
The Skimmers were sent to sabotage, that is why the game keeps crashing when you heavily use them. 💫
Nah just u
As to lysander ill give him an ear as its always good to hear both sides of a situation instead of being one sided and the given situation at hand we need to be united even if its baited breaths and clenched teeth
I mean at some point everyone swore the darkness was EEEEEVIIIIIIILLLLLLLL
yeah, this is definitely something that we need to keep an eye on. However, I am not worried at all about what they could do because we are now close allies with the Cabal and some Eliksni. It's comforting knowing that we aren't alone in this and that we have a really powerful ally, the Cabal, by our side. If the Concordat following is as strong as they might be, we'll be fine.
My spouse made the comment a couple of months ago that with what looks like the rest of the Vanguard about to go into the Traveler in pursuit of the Witness, it's the perfect time for the Concordat to make a move on the City while everyone else is away.
Hidden Agents: "Miss Levante, do you have anything to say in your defense?"
Eva: "Eris and Zavala must understand... we are all fighting for the same side."
The Allstar Skimmer is noted as being very similar to Cloudstrider skyboards, and seem leagues more advanced than any Sparrows we've ever had. Cutting edge stuff.
If they're gifts from the Concordat, does that mean the Concordat has been taking refuge in Neomuna for decades? Or do they perhaps have active spies in Guardian ranks who have been working in Neomuna on their behalf? Where did they make these?
The fact the the skimmer also seems to have took heavy inspiration from the Cloudstriders skyboards may hint at another possible faction that would throw in with Lysander if its the case that he's gathering all these rogue groups together, and that would be the people of Neo Muna that were forced into the Cloud Ark. Lysander may have agreed to free them in exchange for some information or technology and their alleigance
A guardian civil war with the factions vs the vanguard (each faction would have unique traits/fighting encounters obvs) would make for a fantastic episode (or more) in the future.
There was that comment about a random lone ghost in neomuna during the news broadcast. Perhaps it couldve been Lysanders as a way for him to know of these neomuna boards
The idea of a guardian vs guardian civil war in the city and across the system would be a great intermission story while they build a new big bad guy
I feel like the Hidden would be fine with Eva's paint job. It keeps them from having to cover up where it came from and she didn't know/care, in a way it reduced Lysander's offers weight because most guardians wouldn't know that's where they came from.
it wouldn't surprise me if post final shape the concordat make their move with possible backing of FWC and new monarchy (dead orbit being dead orbit probably went off on their own) and tries to make a move on the last city with this optional false 'peace' they offer and when the city's guard is down they strike
I actually hope Bungie uses Lysander for a future Episode. An Episode, that follows Lysander, instigating a Cold War aginst the City and the Vanguard. Mara and Caital would otherwise be a problem for him, but-this would be after the war. Mara and Caital could probably be too busy putting time and resources into rebuilding and reclaiming what they’d lost from the war. There are also many rogue elements that Lysander could flock to his banner: all of them actually do have reason to usurp the City: The remnants of the Red Legion that were loyal to Ghaul, which are probably mercenreaies or warlords by now. There’s any rogue desperate Fallen, or House Dusk, which would follow Lysander for a shiny trinket or heaps of Glimmer. The Psions of the Enclave would jump at the chance to aid in usurping the Guardians and Caital. There’s also the three Factions that left, which would want revenge. Theres also any remaining loyalist Guardians that could act as generals for Lysander’s army. There’s also a facility still in tact on Mars for manufacturing Warsats. With Vex, and Pyramid technology, and newly developed Warsats, Lysander’s Cold War could culminate to a climax: his super weapon threatening the City, Reef, and Neomuna-our three strongholds-if we don’t surrender the City to him, and the Vanguard pledges fealty to his Collective (Lysander’s faction after acquiring these rouge elements). Earning his place as newly appointed Hunter Vanguard, and Prince/ambassador to the Reefborn Awoken, the Guardian helps Crow shut down the super weapon. His plans foiled, Lysander and his Collective, go underground. Using Eramis as a scapegoat, Lysander still retains his reputation and influence among the City’s citizens. With the Cold War over, the Vanguard has a meeting with figures like Ada, Saint, Osiris, Devrim, and Suraya to appoint new citizen representatives for the replacement Consensus. Everyone then agrees that the Coalition leaders will sit on the new Consensus council, so both the Coalition, and Consensus leaders, stay informed and unified. With the government of the City fully reestablished, Ana, Elizabeth, and human, and Elksni engineers begin building the Warsat Network back up. The Warsats are then used as a security system to defend Earth, the Reef, and Neomuna from future attacks. While the plans for Lysander’s superweapon are stored away in secret.
I think it's also interesting to find out where Bungie got the name Lysander from. Did they reference the Spartan general who destroyed the Fleet of Athens or the Imperial Fist first company commander of Warhammer 40K, who was also known for being an extremely competent military general and the leader of the first company which is usually heavy assault terminator clad warriors. Bungie rarely picks names at random and this case seems no different....and concerning.
Seems like the lore has quietly and slowly built up discontent in the city on multiple fronts.
1. Everything that happened in Season of the Splicer with the City, including Savathun’s Song spreading to seemingly everyone.
2. The reveal of Hakke’s involvement with the Darkness since the Golden Age (lore of Revision-0 quest) and the present (lore of Kelgorath’s judgment), especially the Hoarfrost-Z exotic, which also mentions a Hakke exile being discontented with the state of the City.
3. The Concordat’s continued existence in the wilds up to this point and prominent exhibition in every aspect of the skimmer lore, the quest, lore tab, etc.
4. Old lore from ROI and D2 about sentience in the Frames Arcite and Dahlia 99-40 and possibly spreading that to other frames.
That’s not to mention other third parties hanging out on the periphery like Clovis and Jana-14 (mad exo creator of Necrotic Grips and Osteo Striga). It looks like there are a lot of parties either separately unhappy with how things are in the City and even connecting to the Darkness, or even potentially working together.
I've always thought Devrim was Lysander. Devrim was from a long line of gunsmiths and a foundry where he continues to make weapons. He talked about being from the Last City and leaving but not saying why.
I could see Lysander coming out of the woodworks after we defeat The Witness amd go all "If I was in power all this would have been easier for all of us" and he woild syart trying to get sympathizers. Maybe even have an event were we have to choose either the concordat or the consensus and have the one with the most players stay in power.
But that may be too much, specially with the obvious drop in the playerbase that will happen after The Final Shape.
I hope we get a season about Lysander and possibly the other factions or just one. As the season goes on they both do things to convince you to join one and not the other. Or just Lysander against the vanguard where you have to choose between them like we did with Drifter. Could also bring back exotic class items
If my drifter alignment finally gets some kind of effect, even better
I know there is lore for the PvP maps that I feel like doesn’t get brought up enough. Byf could make a whole video detailing that and Id watch it👀
Tbh I'm just ready for whatever Rasputin/Ana Bray reveal they teased at the end of Seraph...You know, the while "Ana, look!", then a quick-cut.
We havent seen or heard from Ana since... I think Rasputin either survived, or his sacrifice made him "worthy" and he got rezzed
Byf fires a shot at the Warlocks, Guardian Games have truly begun
This could make a good plot for an episode
Wasn’t expecting the Concordat being mentioned in 2024, but a glad Bungie still remembers them.
I’m always hopeful of more story lines.🤞🏼
Sounds like the Concordat mixed up Osiris and Felwinter when talking about a golden age experiment that was misincarnated by a ghost.
I hope we keep getting cool gifts throughout these small events until the final shape when the concordat finally reveals themselves.
Lysander's gonna have to come up with ONE HELL OF AN EXCUSE to justify him being absent during the most tumultuous time in Sol's entire history, even the factions who fled the Last City were still chipping in and helping with shipments and intel !
Here's a thought. What if the crashes caused by Skimmers is actually a virus The Concordat programmed into the vehicles? The crashes of course shut down the game, but if the Destiny universe were real, the various locations we visit on them would be suffering power outages. To us, it's the power sources going out or raiders attacking, but to the civilians, they see Guardians at each and every location at that exact same time. Would be a master stroke to weaken the Vanguard order and take power back.
They’ve done it before; hasn’t the Craftening been pushed into canon?
Martin REALLY likes the skimmer lol 2:53
Id like to hear more on Lakshmi-2 and the FWC, I was totally sold on them until the Season of the Splicer. Lakshmi-2 was actually under the influence of Savathun so in my eyes the FWC are still innocent. I'd like to see a fresh version of them reprised.
I like to think that they got felwinter and osiris confused, since they were both warlocks and were close it doesnt seem impossible that the info they got reguardinf osiris could have been meant to talk about felwinter
I like that the background footage is basically Tony Hawk: Guardian Skater 4
Just wait till Lysander hears of Felwinter, dude is gonna have a field day if that’s what he pinned on Osiris
"Osiris stood before the Nine on Europa... but the time was not right..."
Hidden: Why didn't you tell us about this? Like, we're not mad you painted over the colors, I mean, actually we prefer it that way, but why didn't you tell us the Concordat sent you these?
Eva: Who?
Hidden:... _right..._
Hey Byf, love your channel and currently watching the Destiny Lore Playlist in it’s entirety.
Was wondering if you sell merch? Clothing with your brand or anything of that sort. I think us consumers would definitely rock that Sh*t out in the world.
imagine lysander somehow using a small army of vex to try and take over the city, assisting them with the one major thing they're lacking: paracausality
I think when Lysander does finally reveal himself he will offer peace but his real objective is a chance to get closer to both the Guardians and the people of the last city. Once he has his in he will work his charisma to start swaying citizens and guardians to his side. He has plenty of ammunition to throw, from Guardians using the darkness to the citizenry no longer having a voice since the factions left the consensus in the season of the Splicer. In this way he would be a lot like Riven is the season of the Wish, an ally and an antagonist at the same time. What worries me is where he acquired the technology to make these skimmers, seeing as they bear an uncanny resemblance to the Cloudstrider Boards. What if Lysander already has connections in Neomuna? The people there are already very weary of the Guardians, seeing them more as warlords rather than protectors. If Lysander has the connections to turn the people of the Last City AND Neomuna against us Guardians, then we're in real trouble.
i've been waiting for this video since i first read that lore tab - ngl Lysander's method of seducing guardians by appealing to their pride and greed reminds me a lot of Calus in some ways.
15:43 Byf letting a little bit of D&D slip in to his Destiny content.
Hail the Morninglord!
A. I saw that lore tab and went "byf is going to go (iron) Bananas over this)
B. Look, whoever got the skimmer footage, i get what you were trying to do, but god damn did those sharp constant turns make me feel sick. And not the "that's sick bro" way, sick as in "oh god I'm getting motion sickness, please help" way
Also, rule of thumb: you can't trust a Lysander.
No really, I've never met or seen a Lysander I could trust. They're always the bad guy.
would be cool if the concordat as a faction returns one day and we get to have a guardian war
