Throughout the years, we had to use the laundromat whenever our washer or dryer broke, but my mom was so cheap. She would wash her clothes at home and then dry them or she would wash them at the laundromat and dry them at home depending upon which machine was broken
To see which machine is leaking place a single out of order sign on the first machine and go sown the line moving it each week till you find out when the water stops.
I know you misspoke. $500 per week is your goal. If you rent out the back building, rental unit, plus $500 per week from the mat, would it be worth it. Or, is the content and social media justifying the cash flow? How much could you generate if you focused on another project? Just curious Mark. In the long-term this little laundromat led you to the big one so it’s always gonna be a little bit of a winner. Just don’t have an emotional attachment. I’m speaking from experience. I’ve made that mistake before.
I don't have an emotional attachment to it although my viewers do haha. I look at it if it is still fun, if it is worth my time, and what options I have. I can still do other projects and if I found a buyer I would listen.
The floors look dirtier than usual because of the water leaking, then people walking though it and pushing the rolling the laundry cart through it, too. Tracks everywhere. The interior of the top loaders are looking a bit grungy. A simple microfiber wipe up would fix that. I think the poster andrewallen9993 had a good idea to find the leak :-) Thanks for posting!
11:23 the washers look like they had more the 3rd week in June ($291.45), please correct me if i am wrong. Either way amazing week! Keep it up, love the videos!
Everything about buying cleaning tablets for the washing machines to get them cleaned out by running wash cycle? Numbers are looking good see next week.
I love countach at the tiny laundromat day. I know if I drove by and saw that outside a tiny laundromat I'd be reconsidering what the hell I'm doing with my life 😂
Those are magnets for crime. The number one machine that gets broken into. And they are supposed to be illegal in COlorado although many businesses still have them.
It will dramatically change if you can get the large washers in place. Amazing the amount of trouble your contractors have given you at the tiny laundromat.
Need to fix the inner carwash. People do not like to wash cars in the sun as the soap dries before they get done with the brush.
True but it is a couple thousand or more to fix it and it is not making them money to justify that now
Lightweight clothes dry faster, maybe as fall and winter hit you will see an up tick in dryers. Good to see the little laundromat have a better week!
Test the drain with all machines emptying at the same time. A blocked drain will backup and make it look like a machine is leaking.

Happy Today! 😊
You as well!

Yipppeeee!! Good week. Have fun with the special cars.
ThankS!
When is the covered bay of the car wash ever gonna get fixed? I wouldn’t want to wash my car in the direct sun

I'd add a soda machine inside or maybe outside.
We had one of a bit. One issue is the space and it did very poorly

I think it's time to get rid of that one machine it's gotta mind of its own.
I think if you fix other bay car wash do better people like to be covered an out of the su n
Why don't you get a coin pusher? And a claw machine.
Maybe that way you will be able to reach $500

A big washer would bring more moola. Definitely.
Yes
I bet someone’s washing machine broke, and they took their clothes home to dry them
Could be
0:13 no Countach owner will ever say this =) good to see them around but god damn they suck, like a timebomb that is in your wallet
How many countach owners do you know?
