I fell in love with your chimichurri sauce recipe a couple years back, made it many times since. One day I made it to marinade some meat for a later time the same day I was cooking burgers so I tried a little bit on a bite. Absolute Heaven!!! I can barely eat a burger now unless I got some of your chimichurri to put on it, dip it. That is what makes the perfect burger.
I've never seen burgers grilled indirect like that. Maybe I've been doing it all wrong. Most guides have you grilling directly over the coals. Will have to try out this method.

Just did some burgs last weekend. Went with that OG mayo/ketchup/mustard burger sauce, pickled red onion and jalapeno, american cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce.
What I do when we plan to cook burgers or steaks on the kettle, because you're left with hours of residual charcoal heat, we bake on the weber. Whether that be banana bread, regular bread, muffins...we did a blueberry pie once and added a bit of smoke, it was SO good.
I love what you do on this channel!! I would like to know is their a reason you choose different smokers for different cooks? Do I really need a patio full of smokers and grills to fix all the great food on your channel?

I have that adjustable burger press and use it the same way, with a ziploc bag. The burgers look great. I add some chopped raw sweet onions to top it off. Love my Weber Kettles For a side I make tater tots with melted American cheese over the top
