Great video MC. I learnt more in the first 10 minutes alone, than I’ve gleaned from watching many other videos in their entirety! Thumbs up to you! Thanks
Awesome content and super relevant to me, I’m in the process of gathering an indoor trainer and bits to start my swift journey, thanks to the Sydney rain of late 😃 Nice work taking the podium in group B too 🎉
Definitely necessary with the weather like it has been for the last 3 weeks. It was my first race back in B after being demoted from A. Nice to get a win!
@@ModerateCyclist I’d say both grades are tough going, bet you’ll be back in A grade soon enough. I really like how you took the time to explain the different swift options, certainly helps a noob like me trying to assess how swift could compliment my overall training… I very much doubt I’ll be racing against you though, it’ll be D grade for me no doubt, at least at the start 😂
Cat A is bananas, there is no ceiling on it, so you race against elite riders. My 5m power is enough, but my FTP is not there. Happy to be in B for a while 😜. There is heaps more on the platform that I didn’t cover, but these three are the best starting point. You will be in Cat C before you know it!
Criminally underated video
Thanks Cranston, I appreciate the feedback!

The group rides are good
I love the large scale events like Tour de Zwift. Always good community and a challenge.
@@ModerateCyclist I’m doing the spring training atm and previously I have done ineos and jayco team rides and Zwift academy etc
Zwift Academy is great. Have you watched the finals of it?
@@ModerateCyclist yeah and I am a big Jay vine fan
I love zwift
Me too
Living in Sydney and no Zwift is almost impossible!
I agree, but I know some fairly staunch subscribers to Rule #5 + #9
Zwift isn't an option for me. I'm watching this video to understand Zwift and Zwift videos better.
You like Midjourney, don’t you? Hahha..
Haha, I had to look that up. I have not heard that as a model name before. Generative AI is cheaper than stock content and 10x more entertaining.
