In the USA cars are made to have bad gas mileage. Look at the same vehicles in Europe for what gas mileage should be.
Truly hope the hybrid GX is the same V6 power plant as in the Sequoia/Tundra
One thing that might be helpful is to include dimensions for these if you have them. For example, width, length, height, and driver's headroom and legroom.

Curious where you got the $40k number for the Santa Fe. Judging by the Korean prices, the prices and trims stayed very similar to the 2023 model. So I'd expect the entry-level Santa Fe to start around $30k and the Hybrid to to start around $37k.

@timalan7406 no Hyundai said the top end Santa fe will be 42-43k. Definitely can't get a 3 seater Toyota for that cheap especially with dealers charging markups since Toyota has the lowest inventory out of any car brand in usa

@timalan7406 This is the top end hyundai. Top end highlanders are 50k and there are no 4runners under 43k. Toyota is charging like a 5k markup on all sticker prices
Definitely would like to hear more about the 2024 Nautilus. Definitely a nice upgrade on the look. Hopefully they got rid of the keyboard and moved to a stick for gears.

The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe looks more like a Land Cruiser than the Land Cruiser. One of the best-looking vehicles of the year. They are going to sell all they can make.

Reliability and resale value are 2 thing Hyundai will never have.. That said the issue is how to secure a Land Cruiser with paying over the sticker price is the problem

But folks looking for ACTUAL PERFORMANCE will be shopping elsewhere for the most part. The upcoming Lexus GX 550 however DOES look promising! Once they add the Hybrid iForce MAX from the Sequoia (at least 437HP & 583lb-ft Torque) it will be impressive!

The GX550 does not have the same power train as the Sequoia. The sequoia is a hybrid, the GX 550 is not a hybrid.

I wouldn’t wait for any of them. Manufacturers such as Toyota can’t even produce vehicles for 2023. The others are either American made or Korean such as Hyundai and I wouldn’t touch them. Overpriced and less than dependable. Lexus provides a very well made and dependable vehicle but who needs that honking gas guzzler for every day use?

I was looking at the rogue- but changed my mind when I found out about the CVT-- or VCT (It's early here and my head isn't clear on that right now) JUNK that they put in it. It's true- some will run for many years with no issue-- others will fall apart- and be just my luck, if I get one- it would!!! :) I just don't want to chance it on that much money. IF they had put a REGULAR REAL transmission in it- it would be a vehicle one could count on for many years and i'd have got one.@@JoshuaJSpringer
