I'm really glad you said the thing about personalities. I'm an introvert but I'm extremely empathetic and a hard worker. At my externship I felt everything was going well.. I was always looking for things to do, making small talk with patients but out of the blue I was told that one of the front office ladies said that I wasn't bubbly enough and that in order to be an assistant you needed to be. It was very disheartening.
That is just crazy! He would be absolutely fine. And some patients don’t want somebody talking their ears off ha ha

How do you navigate working the software and X-rays at an office youve never been to before? Have a working interview scheduled in a different state so I can't go look at the office beforehand and very nervous about staying on schedule when trying to figure out how to get around!
Don’t worry, they don’t expect you to be perfect. Usually if you’re new to an office, somebody will quickly show you how everything works and definitely ask questions if you’re not sure :-) you’ll be amazed how quickly you pick things up
