Hi I've been living in a dark hole of dental offices.
I graduated 2011 and before the school could find me a job I was hired with a dental office and this lady pushed me in my head taunted me. I left I was freaked out I jumped from job to job because I keep running in to crazy doctors. I was finally in a place where I enjoyed until this assistant refused to train me she mocked my hand writing she made everything difficult I was told to deal with it. I was let go. I was let go today at another place after a month. Because I wasn't persistent enough even though I tried to jump in many times. I give up! This lady was awful 3 girls got let go because of her. How do u deal with bullies at work?
I was told I cant work the front desk cause I'm to nice and the pt's will eat me up. I'm tired of ppl saying your to nice. Do I need to be mean?
Urgh thats crazy! Mean people say you're too nice :). Keep trying to find an amazing office, it sounds like youve had the worst ones!
