Tbh I’m not sure who young griff real Identity is . But to debunk the statement that the golden comany followed him because he’s possibly a blackfyre. The golden company were about to leave him and go wait for dany, until he did his cool speech and said “i am the only dragon you need”, which swayed there mind and moved them to his cause . Furthermore would it be possible instead of aegon falling in love with arianne what if he fell in love with Elia sand (as she seems to parallel lyanna a lot) . Furthermore why does Varys help griff a lot? Why does Jon connigton thinks aegon looks like rhaegar if he’s not his son
Yup agreed it is super weird that the golden company would support aegon unless he was a blackfyre and yeah I think Aegon has a lot of suitors that are possible and I think it has to be Arianne bc Doran will want to have his daughter as queen, but we could see Aegon grow to fall in love with Elia instead. Also, the last question is a really good question I am not sure honestly.
As far as how Storm's end falls to fAegon, I like the idea that Jon Con uses Edric Storm to get them to open the gates. That's where he's from & it fits what we were told about how he would take it i.e. "by guile" Which would also parallel how Theon helped the Boltons take Moat Cailin. By sending in someone they are led to believe is on their side but really isn't (or id, but they just don't have much choice in the matter)
Something to keep in mind: Renly appointed Ser Courtnay Penrose as Castellan of Storms End with Lord Elwood Meadows as second in command. After Ser Courtnay's death, Lord Elwood (a green boy around the age of 20) *promptly gave up the castle.* Well Stannis appoints Ser Gilbert Farring as the new Castellan of Storms End but guess who Stannis named as his second in command? Lord Elwood Meadows. The same man who easily gave up the castle after Courtnay Penrose's death. If Ser Gilbert Farring dies, Storms End will be taken with barely any blood shed.
I do think Young Griff will look like a savior after he removes Cersei from the throne. But when daenerys gets there she will burn 🔥 Young Griff out of Kings Landing because I think he is the cloth dragon and she's supposed to be the slayer of lies. After she kills Young Griff the people will likely turn on her because he was a liked person. The key player thats going to help Daenerys embrace her fire and blood tendencies is going to be tyrion because he wants revenge on his family and the people of kings landing. Also Jon being a Targaryen may or may not cause conflict, a simple marriage would solve that issue.
@@TheGreaseGoblins yay! I do believe Jon will end up killing Daenerys but maybe for a different reason. Jon being a song of ice and fire is truly why he's important, we know that ice and fire has to be pushed back because both elements are destructible and makes it hard for human life to live in which is why Jon will be the one to push back ice-the white walkers and fire which is Daenerys. In the books the final battle will be between ice and fire, Jon is foreshadowed to be Azor Ahai so could forge light bringer by killing Daenerys.
@@sydnitheromantictaylor112Dany has more evidence of being Azorah Ahai and it makes sense as if you look at westoros and it's treatment of woman especially Targaryen women and Dany being the last it doesn't make sense to make her go mad and her dying and sacrificing herself is too easy for me
I think Faegon represents the real idea of "breaking the wheel": As long as someone is a good king, it doesn't matter whether or not he is the rightful heir. Rulership is an responsibility, not a right.
Elia Sand is a Lyanna equivalent, so I expect some situation that will shed light on what happened with Lyanna. Some kind of repetition of history. It could go many ways because it's unclear what happened with Lyanna. Could be that Aegon will fall for Elia, which would likely anger Connington (he'd be the type to hit her, he didn't like Elia Martell and she's a bastard, plus she'd ruin the Aegon+Arianne or Aegon+Daenerys hopes). Elia might end up afflicted by greyscale, and infect Aegon too. I have suspected before that Lyanna died of something that will be "a shock" when revealed (there are hints that her hands were black in Ned's dream, and only wights are repeatedly said to have black hands), so some disease type of situation wouldn't be unlikely. Aegon's death would leave the seven kingdoms in chaos, as all hopes were on him, so we're left with pirates and sellswords and a broken kingdom. Connington and Varys would have lost their "pawn" and would look elsewhere. I think he dies riding out in battle, like Rhaegar. I don't believe the Aegon VS Dany thing will happen. I don't think Cersei is losing KL.
Hmm interesting this could happen personally I am a fan of the Aegon VS Dany plot bc I think it would be great for Dany's plot and if George wants to do the Mad Queen thing, but what you suggested could very well true. Also, we have been given hints and foreshadowing that their will be some sort of plague like a greyscale situation.
sometimes GRRM combines character types into one. not entirely sure who is Aegon "related" as a character type. But didn't GRRM want to leave a 5 year gap between the initial story ending with Storm of Swords and Feast of Crows. Although this was to a degree abandoned I wonder if it was also explored.
@@TheGreaseGoblins I think he is referring to a video from the you tube channel Order of the green hand... Basically the theory is that Ned and Ashara Dayne wher secretly married and had a son (Jon)... When Ned was at the tower of joy Lyanna gave Birth to Aegon(young griff) and died... Book reader only here.....Is it possible that Aegon is the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna? If so they are not married in the books. Would that not make Aegon a bastard/Blackfyre/ Mummers Dragon?
This would fit that yes. If they are not married my problem is that Jon is hinted at being their son far more heavily than Aegon is. Personally I think if he is not actually who he says he is he must be a Blackfyre it just makes more sense why the Golden Company would follow him so easily.
Poor kid's gonna die, and probably someone in Dany's faction is going to kill him. He'd have been a good king. But he's a Blackfyre, or just a blond son of a blonde Lysenian woman and Ilyrio.

Yup I forgot to mention this when I was talking about that certain part. This is definently a good shot at being how they take Storms End.
