Yes most modern stuff is hit and miss for copper but I think still worth it and the wire I just put in the cord food bin this has been a very enjoyable video thank you for sharing this six stars brother
This looks like a Whirlpool (or similar design). There is usually coins stuck in the drum of these washers, but you need to remove the drum to get them out. The drain holes are just big enough to catch dimes and pennies. nickels won't make it past the agitator plate. The coins stack up in the drain holes of the drum and sometimes get glued in place my the soap or fabric softener. If you manage to remove the drum, turn it upside down and tap on the bottom. If there are any coins present, you should see them stuck in the bottom. you can use a screwdriver to break open the drain hole slots and pull them out, or you can jam in a screwdriver and poke them out.
getting my little boat ready, Plan to bolt the transom board in Sunday afternoon, the high will be 54 and I want to put some silicone in the hole with the bolt's to keep water out. and want a few days above freezing for the silicone to setup
Hello okie, always injoy the vids. I have a request for you. Thier are several vids of scrappers trying to find the best way to remove tires from scrap rims. I had an idea i was hopeing you could test. Is it possable if special care is used to cut the rim useing the plasma cutter to release the tire? Of corse the consern is setting the tire on fire, but can it be done if extreem care is taken? If so this could be an excilent affordable solution. If possable, would love to see both steel and aluminum rims. Thanks
it is possible, I have done it. you may not want to do it with aluminum rims. for 1 if you get a magnesium rim you will have a good fire on your hands, the magnesium burns hot and fast and will get the tire burning too. water will not put it out. and if the rim is cut the scrap yard may only give you cast aluminum price for it. but I can do a video on how I deal with the tire.
I actually sell my washers that are not digital to somebody who actually rebuilds them and then resells them.but he will not take digital washers or dryers. But he gives me $50 each working or not
that is a win, win, cant make $50 on one for scrap, we recently got a use appliance store here in Blanchard, I need to talk to the guy and ask him if he wants any for repair
@@Okiescrapper that is actually the kind of person that I'm dealing with right now. But they will only take the non-digital washers they don't deal with dryers I wish they did. I was at the dump this weekend and somebody brought in that exact kind of washer but unfortunately I couldn't get it because they dumped it in the bottom Bay at the dump. I would have asked him if I could have it but unfortunately his window was rolled up
she is much better, she has been having some stomach pain, went to the dr. and they did a blood test. they say no infection so if the pain keeps on she will have to go do a Cat scan to see what's going on, we think that she may have lifted some stuff that was too heavy for her.
Yup, I learned to tear things down only as time allows. Awesome video my friend!
Thanks for watching!
