Cool build! I enjoy replicating these types of builds. Been looking at waste oil build designs for a while and yours is the one im gonna replicate. TY for the inspiration!
@@مصطفیمحمدی-ت5ض thanks for the view. I didn’t do a step-by-step on this project , when I first built it, it was strictly woodburning, using the pipe to add oxygen to the burn. Later I added oil to the burn that’s where this video picks up. I did do a step-by-step on a similar project. 👉🏽 ruclips.net/video/d8IXo6aoDow/видео.htmlsi=uws67GM3i36v2Qk1
@@TheIntermont, it was just a wood with air forge to melt aluminum then after watching a few RUclips videos I decided to try oil, I was just happy that it worked. I would like to get it hot enough to melt copper.
It was just a woodburning forge that I converted to oil. The lid is not insulated so it’s losing a lot of heat right there, but you’re right, it pretty much only melts aluminum, for now….

Awesome, thank you!

Thanks for this video

Thanks, I appreciate it.👍🏽
Una pregunta que sucede si no lleva el sistema de goteo y solo va directo el tubo de combustible
The drip system is to give you a visual of the fuel flow,. it is not necessary, you can run it direct I would recommend a shutoff valve.
It looks like you’re getting heavy carbon buildup. That means either too much oil or not enough air blast.
I would go with not enough air. I’m only using a 12 Volt fan.
@@BigCrumb52 Since you don’t have enough air, you can cut back on the fuel somewhat. Maybe you can get a car heater fan somewhere?

muito top
what kind of fan did you use with this?
A 2 inch 12 V blower fan.
Correction, it’s a 3 inch blower fan reduced to 2 inch.
@@BigCrumb52 do you know how much cfm? I have the same exact setup with a 100cfm.fan and it doesnt heat up that much or quickly
@@johndowe7003 hi John, I can’t find the CFM but it’s an Attwood Turbo 3000.
I looked it up and the specs say anywhere from 130 to 145 CFM.
not getting hot enough
doubt it will melt anything else just aluminium
maybe to much oil or synthetic oil?
