Even private security companies that provide a vest literally require their employees to wear said vest at all times while on duty. If a private security company has that policy, even when you're behind 3 levels of security and more than a dozen rifle armed officers in the fucking Federal Reserve, I think it's reasonable to expect cops to wear their vests in a traffic stop

But I have a complete and absolute right to do what I want to my chattle, property for you non knowing of law people. The Pennsylvania Constitution Article 1 Section 1 says , "the right to obtain, posses, and protect property." This includes the bundle of rights that say you can exclude every one even government. When you pledge your property , this is done by applying for a certificate of title, which is perfected when registered, you give this right up for the security interest and now you owe an obligation to abide by the vehicle code. Rules of the road don't include this. As for the black truck you see in the vid, I have absolute title. Meaning I have full authority over my property,no gov. attached government. A video with the title “walking laws ruin lives” and I’m sure you can find something on the recent pull over of an enlisted army Lt who cops pulled over because they assumed he had no license plate. And because he drove two blocks and pulled into a well lit gas station it enraged the pigs, and from the first .0002 seconds of the interaction they had guns drawn, screaming threats, and unlawful commands, and they then pepper sprayed him in the eyes.... and the one cop even admitted afterwards that he realized he had a temporary tag on the car as soon as he got out.... so it should have been the end of it right then. But no. He knowingly imposed his will upon this man simply because he dared to question why he was stopped... and rightfully so considering their initial reason was already admittedly false. So you watch those videos and tell me if you think these worthless road pirates are actually doing a good job.
@@voxpopuli905 I’m not going to deny that policing has its issues. Corrupt individuals have the ability to become the loud minority and tarnish the reputation of a good-intentioned group. You are absolutely right that many officers abuse the powers given to them, and it makes me sad.
However, I know for a fact that most police officers are sensible, rational people who sacrifice for their community. My dad and my girlfriend’s dad both serve in our local police force, and I would trust anyone in that department with my life. But there are still people in the department I don’t like. Humans are innately flawed and it’s up to the individual to decide to choose the right.

This is why they (the cops) left with nothing and arrested no one and could not even get a warrant to take my truck or come on my property for any reason. I had a gun on me , and they know I do not need a permit,(I have no gun permit) but never did anything because the had no right. Cops have a right to go on private property when a crime has been committed but as you see here they could not.

Not only that but eminent domain refers to realastate (land) and that's what that's for. I know this because I own property in different places. Eminent Domain for public use in things such as a road runs over your property , they , the government, owes you for loss of the property. The crime code here is Pa Title 18 look it up it has all the crimes listed. You will see there is nothing about registration,inspection,license,etc.. It is for crimes and behavior dangerous to others. Here is section 104 of that title.

The general purposes of this title are:
(1) To forbid and prevent conduct that unjustifiably inflicts or threatens substantial harm to individual or public interest.
(2) To safeguard conduct that is without fault from condemnation as criminal.
(3) To safeguard offenders against excessive, disproportionate or arbitrary punishment.
(4) To give fair warning of the nature of the conduct declared to constitute an offense, and of the sentences that may be imposed on conviction of an offense.
(5) To differentiate on reasonable grounds between serious and minor offenses, and to differentiate among offenders with a view to a just individualization in their treatment.
See nothing that I did would be in here. Again it is civil (vehicle code), therefor the one bringing the claim must show (look this up) an agreement contract or as the law says , due holder of a contract or agreement to enforce their statutes or codes. You can find that in the Clearfield Document. Study and you will someday learn. Look up civil procedures , in any state code, and you will find the one bringing the matter to the attention of the court must have personal and subject matter jurisdiction. Meaning , don't get confused by the courts jurisdiction they have it only if the defendant is legaly bound by the one bringing the matter to court. Jurisdiction is the power to exercise authority over persons and things within a territory. In a legal sense, it gives a court the power to hear and decide a case or lawsuit.
Personal jurisdiction refers to the power that a court has to make a decision regarding the party being sued in a case. Before a court can exercise power over a party, the U.S. Constitution requires that the party has certain minimum contacts with the forum in which the court sits. International Shoe v Washington, 326 US 310 (1945). So if the plaintiff sues a defendant, that defendant can object to the suit by arguing that the court does not have personal jurisdiction over the defendant.

Pennsylvania Constitution Article. 1 Section 1 , Rights of man kind... The right to posses and protect property. This is law. The vehicle is my property. The statute is for the governments vehicle. Like what you have. That which has a certificate of title, not the real title. Here in pa the certificate of title is what you get, which is a security interest you sign for by applying for it instead of just getting a title. Then you are privileged to use their vehicle. You gave that up for the security interest. Which means your now the lien holder not owner. This is found in pa.title 75 subsection 102 owner, one other than the lien holder having title or mso. So you gave your property up for a security interest. But the governing law is gone when the certificate of title is gone. Pa Title 13 subsection 9303 goods covered by a certificate of title. It states,,, when goods are covered by certificate of title, the governing law of that jurisdiction which made the certificate of title ,that law governs. When the certificate of title ceist to exsist the governing law ceist to exsist.
The truck has no certificate of title, therefor no governing law. That's why no arrest because the cops violated the constitutional provisions of property which is a crime. The Clearfield Doctrine states, when ever the government goes into suit dealing with private paper(money) or securities (in this case,certificate of title) the government loses its sovereignty and becomes a mere citizen and a mere corporation, therefore must be the due holder of a contract or agreement to enforce their rules called statutes,codes,ordinances,etc..

The tax paid otherwise is a use tax (registration). This can be found in all vehicle codes legality of vehicle use as registration under the title state u.c.c. and article 9 of the U.C.C. .The vehicle with a certificate of title creating a state interest.
