I am a 24 year old woman who is no contact with my parents and no one in my life who is mechanically inclined. I also live paycheck to paycheck. This video gave me so much independence and self efficacy that I spent $71 on an new motor and did this on my own in a couple of hours time. It is clear, concise, and respectful, and I cannot thank you enough for giving me the power and the knowledge to do this on my own. Genuinely, thank you.

My 2012 Escape just had the same problem with the rear window. Many thanks to you for showing how to get the door panel off. I greatly appreciate you showing those little trim covers hiding the main bolts holding on the door panel. With your instructions, I replaced the window regulator and got it working in about an hour and a half.
