For those who aren't sure; to get the treasure on the bridge you need to hook shot up there before the scene where Leon and Luis are carried out of the cabin. Afterwards it won't give you the option for it.

Shaquan Tucker You can't be directly under the bridge and you need to face the right direction. It's a bit picky though.

I'm a little late here but to get the treasure on the bridge you need to hook shot up there before the scene where Leon and Luis are carried out of the cabin. You won't be able to after that scene.
