Try to find a horseradish that is just horseradish without all of the oils, gums, preservatives etc. that are sometimes added. When all else fails, go to an asian supermarket and buy some fresh horseradish and run it though the blender or food processor.
Thank you for your reply but there was 2 other ingredients with the time stamp 4.12 it may have been water and then at 4.16 it looks like a teaspoon of paste of some kind in a jar you added.
Man I love sardines, but since I've gone almost full carnivore, I noticed the oil used on the sardines doesn't sit well with me, even if it is olive oil.
@@AliceCeeCPA Yes, they're usually canned in oil or some tomato paste which usually contains sugar and soy. But will look closely for the ones stored in water. 👍
Hi Pavan, thanks for watching! From my research, most low carb diets have a healing effect on eczema due to the decreased inflammation. Also, because carnivore is an elimination diet with only meat you are potentially removing a lot of food triggers. Another reason I’ve heard is that because a carnivore diet is low fibre and a low residue diet (i.e. most of all the meat gets absorbed during digestion) it allows the gut to relax and heal as it has been said a lot of autoimmune issues originate in the gut. For me, I’ve noticed a huge reduction in bloating and improved digestion on this diet and noticed my eczema flare ups reduced dramatically. Hope this helps!
150 grams doesn't seem like enough food when only eating meat. That is a little over 1/4 lbs(0.331 lbs) Edit: 1.5-2 lbs for the entire day would be good.
I am on the fence doing this. Good to see the variety. Feel like I would just eat eggs and burger patties with cheese everyday. And I am no fan of cheese or beef
I used to mix canned salmon in my dog's food and bones seem soft, but it looks intimidating. Do people typically eat the bones and skin or do they separate everything?
I cook hamburger in a pot instead of a pan---lessens the stove clean-up. Since I don't need to make patties for a hamburger bun, I press (with the spatula, a spoon, or a small ladle) the entire 1-lbs package to fill the bottom of a 2-quart pot, then once it's time to flip the giant burger, that's when I section it into quarter-lbs triangles with the spatula. No messy hands from forming unnecessary patties, and little to no splatter on the stove!

I just started the carnivore diet today, and I’m still confused at how having all the calories and fat and losing weight works? But I like your videos and meal ideas
Excellent folks. Most of this is nearly perfect for my weight gain needs I think. Makes me want to add cheese in. I wonder what the substitutes might be especially Butter to Tallow macros. Are they the same.
The carnivore diet and also the keto diet are not low fat diets. It is only low carb but high fat high protein for carnivore and high fat moderate protein for the keto. Dr. Eric Westman has good videos on nutritional ketosis and Dr. Steve Finney as well.
Insanely helpful understanding the protein to fat ratio!

Glad you enjoyed as always! Happy new year!
I’m a beginner. These recipes are good, most helpful. Thank you.
The best video for beginners. Thank you very much

I wrote every recipe you presented in this fabulous video. I am very new to Carnivore and this has given me so many ideas to begin with. 🥰
I can’t eat chunks of butter
I love how you present what to do.
Glad you enjoyed, thanks for watching!
With the bacon and eggs meal I would need about 25 more strips of bacon. 😅
This is great! I’m new and still learning, so this was VERY helpful. Thanks!
thank you, Iike that you also thin about adding fish with salmon and sardines, is very important to eat fish
Glad you enjoyed, thanks for watching !
Love it!
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed!
Mmmm…. Love the food asmr!! Especially the egg yolk and fatty beef!! ❤❤

Try roasting leg of lamb. Really good.
We’ve been wanting to try for a while, we love lamb! Thanks for watching
Simple easy and delicious meals. Not too much talking 😂 great job
Haha glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching! Carnivore definitely doesn't need to be made complicated!
Brother sharpened that knife but it had trouble cutting the plastic.
The meat looks great, but I would need some horseradish to go with it! Would that mess up the diet?
No hard and fast rules, horseradish should be ok if you’re trying to limit your carb intake!

Good advice, I grow my own horseradish , so I know what goes into my horseradish.
@@randygoldman5382 Ooooh. Homemade is always better.
I find it extremely difficult to eat ground beef without taco seasoning and cheese or as burger patties with cheese
We started with taco seasoning on our ground beef as well and over time slowly tapered off into just salt. It definitely takes time to get used to!
How did you prepare the oxtails in the oven? What temp and time?
I love your meal Plan Videos btw
Please…..how long did you cook oxtails, and at what temperature?
280 or 300F for 3 hours :)
Kevin love you channel. What ingredients did you add to the beef brisket in the slow cooker.
Just salt! Pure carnivore 😊
Thank you for your reply but there was 2 other ingredients with the time stamp 4.12 it may have been water and then at 4.16 it looks like a teaspoon of paste of some kind in a jar you added.
@@dawncockroft4582 Oh right sorry, that is just beef bullion paste / beef broth. You can use plain water or use broth.
@@AliceCeeCPA thank you Kevin for your quick reply I’m going to try it and go over to your blog.
So do I need to plan out all my meals? I chose the diet to be just able to cook meat and chose what I want based if I’m hungry
What temp and for how long did you cook your oxtails?
280F or 300F for 3 hours!
Thank you, this is what I was looking for.
Can you say unhealthy
There’s always one ignorant, clueless comment in the bunch…🙄. Yours wins!
Or these meals you are cooking is this for one meal?
Man I love sardines, but since I've gone almost full carnivore, I noticed the oil used on the sardines doesn't sit well with me, even if it is olive oil.
The sardines we use are stored in water only with no oils, try looking for that version! It can be a little harder to find though
Amazon has sardines in water.

Can u explain more on the effects on this diet on eczema?

Can you give me an idea of where to get these meats in bulk and are they all grass fed?
Hi there, we buy them from Costco! No need for grass fed just whatever is most accessible to you!

I think he meant 150p grams of protein not meat,
Protein not weight 😅
Somethings missing???
Commentary of what each dish is going to be, or not!!!
I stopped reading minds years ago!
Video pretty much explains without gas bagging about it..they put a written description as well, me thinks you are just a complainer
This is useful
Fascinating to watch and great music too.
are grams of protein, fat and ratio at the bottom totals for a day or a mistake? :D
Great video, delicious looking meats. You gave me some meal ideas.
I wanna try to cook a beef brisket.
Do you realise how much money that diet would cost in the UK meat is very expensive here now.

I put mine in a muffin tin and make meat muffins in the oven.
wow great video well done

Love the incorporating canned salmon. And those ox tails look great!
Glad you enjoyed, thanks for watching!
I think that was enough meat to feed a tribe. How do you keep your slow cooks like the brisket since you couldn't possibly eat that in one go?

You are Asian? Hmm.
Yes asian!
I just started the carnivore diet today, and I’m still confused at how having all the calories and fat and losing weight works? But I like your videos and meal ideas
Watch a few channels … plain and simply …. You get into ketosis mode where your body uses fat as fuel …. It starts to burn your excess fat easily ….

Butter and tallow have similar macros yea :)
U don't take eytrolytes
We do! We find we don’t need to take it daily anymore since being on the diet for a while but we prefer LMNT or Organika (available in Canada)
How long did you bake the oxtails. And what temperature?
I like the fry pan. What brand is it? I would use your link.

Going to give this diet a try. My dog might like it as well 🐕 he's been having some skin allergies.
