What a fantastic heritage, guess except India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, no other country has cuisine like this. Even the original countries of our erstwhile Mughal emperors don't have this sort of food today. Excellent video....keep up the wonderful job.
Mostly India. Rest branched out. India was the epicenter where these recipes were formulated. Formulated here because the invaders (don't throw a fit, it's not politics it's history) who settled here found this land has a love towards food and spices and adapted & adopted to it. India enhanced the Mughal cuisine. It's one of the feathers in the hand that is India. Bangladeshi friends have taken these recipes there and they have some innovations too. Pakistan is no doubt as good as if not better at Mughlai cuisine now, nevertheless it all originated in India. This is India's heritage. Could claim it pre partition but not Post.

This is mughlai cuisine hailing from Dehli and Lucknow. Sorry to say but Punjabis of Pakistan have taken a lot from our north Indian heritage for example food, dress and even our wedding customs and called it theirs..

Kunna gosht is an amazing wedding dish. I'm from Lahore and we had that on my wedding. Its very common here in Pakistan. Kunna means clay pot in chinyoti language and traditionally is a stew slow cooked in a clay pot native to chinyot in Pakistan. Hence the name. Brilliant video. Mouth watering food looks so perfect.
