I tasted Mutton Nihari, Mutton Korma, Mutton Stew, Brain Curry and many more dry items like Mutton Burra, Mutton Seekh Kebab and more.

i visited karim hotel in 1995 and never forget the taste of mutton qorma yet.. garam garam roti and fresh piyaz with fully oily qorma.. love from Lahore Pakistan

I have never seen karim's owner interacting at this level with any food vlogger before..they also know and appreciate your food knowledge
They are doing this to win back customer's trust in them.. Now a days their dishes dont taste good.

This is the Delhi culture I remember from childhood in the 1960s! Highly civilized, gentle, devoted to excellence in both food and manner of speaking, it brought a smile to my face. I was in India in 1992۔ I stayed near jama masjid. We used eat our daily mostly from Karim hotel. One of the best restaurant in the area. By watching your 📸. It reminds me of my old days. Thanks for uploading this 📸. By the way I am from Pakistan.

Now a days , some peoples are collecting dead bodies of Dogs, Bull, or any from roadsides or remote areas & supplying to big hotel chain as a fresh meat...that hotels mixing the meat of these dead animals in *biryani, or any Non veg dishes* &&& peoples are eating with appreciation to hotels....
This is facts , found in Goa & may be all over Indian hotels..

Sheermal is called bakarkhani only in Old Delhi. Like this guy also said he learnt it today. Being from Old Delhi, our family only knows and calls it bakarkhani, everywhere else it's called sheermal. In Pakistan, what they call bakarkhani is like a biscuit, if I am right.

I was literally taking notes while watching this video ... and I've noted down all the menu items I'm going to be ordering the next time I visit the original Karim's(which will definitely be very soon). All the owners of the joint are such hospitable & warm people... no wonder their food is top level for so long.
