Thanks for this! It totally worked. I was prepared to go with the steamer or flat iron method as suggested by others in the comments but thought it best to try your method first since I felt it would do the least "damage" to my bag. I repeated the process 4 times, first two times on low heat then the last two in high heat. Crease is gone. Yey!
Woohoo! So happy to hear it! Yes, this method is less riskier. I’d be so nervous otherwise 😅
Based on my experience, damp cloth and flat iron works well. Put it on medium heat, gently iron the damp cloth on top of leather. Did it just about a minute. Your method will work faster if you dampen the cloth and apply some downward pressure with something flat after heating it.

You can also try a clothing steamer coupled with leather conditioner. It works.

Hello lovely, i stumbled upon your video when i was devastated (like 30min ago 😂) after realising that i stored my Gucci Marmont bag the wrong way. But i tried your tips on my Michael Kors bag first and it worked since the leather is softer. The Gucci one took longer but it’s all good now. So thank you so much for sharing this. God bless you 😊❤
