That was the problem that war never really ended for either side and your world became 100 percent Sharia law and you didn't vote I met an Iranian in 1989 he had to return home after his father died I still have trouble with conversion of Decimal and Octal math I wish we could just learn how to get along all over the world no more politics I be your friend you be mine I hope you agree.

A lot of really great songs from the 80's have fallen off the radar. Classic rock stations mainly play 70's rock. 80's rock and pop songwriters aren't givin enough credit. It was an awkward time in music's evolution but there are some true gems to be found.
This was one of his more polished albums. Loved the whole album. Soul to Soul. World Start Turning where he says what he would give to talk to his father again.... Really got to me. (My dad had recently passed...)

This was regarded as a "run of the mill pop song" when it was released. Think about the quality level then. Compare it to today's shit and it is almost a masterpiece. While humanity made a huge progress in technology in 2000s, it took a huge step backwards when it comes music and cinema.
Unfortunately, the youth of today (the audience for which this song is meant, if only they would give it a listen), probably would regard this as trash.
I still have the vinil LP, after all these years, got here just to see if someone remember his music like i do, and im pleased to see even youngsters love this music.

Liked it as a kid really like it as a parent. When you enjoy your kids you teach them in the right spirit. I still see a lot of abusive parents that speak children in terms of expectations and forget to get on their level first and foremost.

yeah he puts on a great show and the best concert I have ever seen was in 84, he headlined and corey hart opened. best concert ever and I have seen kiss,iron maiden. judas priest , sabath, aerosmith...the list goes on. his concert was above all those.
