Sitting here fidget opening and closing my Sebenza 31 when I stumbled upon this video and your channel. Great video. I've been wanting a Sebenza for about a year, just got my first one last week. It was worth the effort and cost. It definitely lived up to my hype and expectation. Its marvelous in everyway in terms of quality and production. For me, its a perfect EDC pocket knife. Agree with you 100%, 1st Chris Reeve or 1st 'grail' knife has to be a Sebenza. Good luck and happy cutting!

Bought my first Sebenza in 1995, still have it, have bought 5 more Reeve knives since, different models and sizes. Met Chris at blade shows in Atlanta a couple of times. He doesn't make fidget gimmicks, just great knives. Just got a 31 with box elder ,wouldn't think of selling any of them.

Yep, there is a reason people pay $500 for these knives. I don't understand why they are so damn hard to get. And I don't understand why they keep making left handed knives. Wife ordered one for Christmas from ye Ole Cultlery. Still has not come yet. Called the owner. He blamed it on USPS. Why would he mail a $500 knife USPS with all the documented problems they had since this summer. He would not refund the money. He said I have to wait. Alot BS.

@@bladeinsider8997 I never order on-line, I'm old , I'll drive to the next state to pick one up if I have to. Luckily I have a knife shop that stocks CRK, and other high end knives nearby. It's a frustrating hobby sometimes, don't chase after sprint runs or gone as fast as they post knives either, just cuts down on the frustration factor. Good luck brother, it's a constant treasure hunt.

I just bought the Sebenza 31 in S45VN Small size. Plain Jane version. I live in an urban area so smaller is more able to be carried here. Dlt had mine

Great company. Great knife. Be patient you can find a plain Jane - there are so many dealers. Cost/years of use (the rest of your life) make the Sebenza an absolute bargain even at ~$400.

Is it? How many other knives can say the same thing? Resell value is good but alot of these knives become overrated because the manufacturers keep supply low. We will see.

    FYI
20 CV has better corrosion resistance than S35VN due to higher chromium content. So you you have some misinfo in your vid there..
And when you commented you said 7 for both I think.

You also made a few errors. Knifecenter doesn't take your $ until they ship for example.

The grail myth is a made up you tube concept! Anthonys reviews are outdated and bland IMO. Thanks for video

I don't own a Sebenza 31 knife, if I did it would be part of a Trust in case the unimaginable would happen. Who do you trust!

Dude - just buy it on ebay - no problem. By the way the 21 is way better than the 31 - I have had both.

Are you getting the real deal on ebay?
