Pfew.
I attempted to beat this map from J4rio's record. Coming from the fact this is one of the maps I'm not fond of at all, I'm not even sure why I even picked up this map. Probably because something felt janky in it? :/
In my previous attempts, I made 8:00:00 (and this is definitely not a joke). I promised myself I'd beat this and make a sub-8.
Bah, my playstyle isn't really perfect, but overall I think I did a good sub 8 minutes. My strategy wasn't that much different compared to J4rio's one, but I did some things differently. For instance, I did slightly less backtracking compared to the precedent record. I empty the zone with the Mancubus' secret immediately after getting the red key. That allows me to waste a bit less time overall.
But that last arena... I really don't know what to even do there over than hoping the cyberdemon aggros the Hell Knights...
I'm proud of this run, and I deserve a pat in my back! ♥

Grats on beating j4rio's run. It was from the 2011 demo pack which still has 16/32 of the max records lol. Half gone after 11 years
