    At this point Idk who is completing these workouts lol, I vaguely remember this person , I am definitely showing more commitment to this workout schedule than I have to any since college (7 years) This is a great thing you're doing Sydney and I appreciate it.

      Yes!!! She brings it out it in us. I have been doing her workouts 3 to 4 days per week for the last year. I recently stepped it up the last 4 weeks and have been doing them daily. Theyre hard and you see results. Go Veronica!!!!

    Today I woke up and just didn’t feel like getting out of bed or do anything... just bad night and just hated myself. But I decided I needed to clear my head and my heart and decided to do this workout. Sooooo glad I did this. I feel so much better now. Thank you Sydney!!!! And I will do all I can to be in NYC next Saturday. I am about an hour and 15 minutes from there. Thanks Sydney!

    Killer workout! Seriously, as a mom of 3 I didn't think it was possible to see ab definition but thanks to you they are peaking through. Your program has changed my life. I can't thank you enough for your time, energy, and commitment that you put in your program. I have NEVER seen results like this and I have NEVER stuck with a program like this before. I hit a plateau and was getting frustrated but now I'm seeing results and I couldn't be happier.

    A mild cold had me down yesterday. I wanted to work out but knew it was best if I let my body rest. Couldn't skip this workout so I woke up this morning determined to get it done today. It was great!! Thanks Sydney!!

    Great Tabata! I haven't done one of these in years so unfortunately I couldn't finish. But I'll try it again over the weekend as this was a kick-ass video. Thank you so much! I loved it! Woo hoo! I grew up in NYC, Central Park was my back yard. I rode my bike there all the time. Although I live in the suburbs now next to the peaceful beaches, my mom still resides in the city and son goes to college at NYU college in Manhattan. I'm definitely going to be at your meet and greet and hope my 27 year old son will ride his bike there too. I absolutely love "One" protein bars, the coconut almond is my favorite but I would love to try a new flavor. I really look forward to meeting you Sydney! Your energy and positive outlook with fitness really has made a difference with my journey. I'm not where I want to be but I'm trying my best to maintain the soon to be 55 year old body (b'day July 20th) so as I can run after my grandchildren ( when I'm blessed with one) instead of hobble...lol.     This felt great! 2 of my kiddos (age 7 and 9) did this with me and lasted the whole time. My 7 year old's workout drink of choice was a glass of milk which he drank during the workout 🤢

    Donkey kicks and bear crawls, we got primal in this workout! Thanks for inspiring me to try the harder version first and surprised myself with unmodified donkey kicks!!! Crushed it!

    I did this workout yesterday and made every excuse on why I should not do it. The time frame made really make excuses, but i can say I CRUSHED IT thanks for always pushing me even though we have never met in person and it's through the screen.     OMG, that was amazing! I'm used to tabata with minute breaks in between rounds and when I realized we were going all through, I had to mentally adjust. Also it's 70% humidity in ATL right now so I'm soaked! Thanks for a great workout!

    I've been keeping up with your workout for the past few weeks. Today I had been contemplating whether or not I should workout because I wasn't feeling it.
