Today I woke up and just didn’t feel like getting out of bed or do anything... just bad night and just hated myself. But I decided I needed to clear my head and my heart and decided to do this workout. Sooooo glad I did this. I feel so much better now. Thank you Sydney!!!! And I will do all I can to be in NYC next Saturday. I am about an hour and 15 minutes from there. Thanks Sydney!

A mild cold had me down yesterday. I wanted to work out but knew it was best if I let my body rest. Couldn't skip this workout so I woke up this morning determined to get it done today. I grew up in NYC, Central Park was my back yard. I rode my bike there all the time. Although I live in the suburbs now next to the peaceful beaches, my mom still resides in the city and son goes to college at NYU college in Manhattan. I'm definitely going to be at your meet and greet and hope my 27 year old son will ride his bike there too. I absolutely love "One" protein bars, the coconut almond is my favorite but I would love to try a new flavor. I really look forward to meeting you Sydney! Donkey kicks and bear crawls, we got primal in this workout! Thanks for inspiring me to try the harder version first and surprised myself with unmodified donkey kicks!!! Crushed it! The time frame made really make excuses, but i can say I CRUSHED IT thanks for always pushing me even though we have never met in person and it's through the screen.
