    In today’s Movement Training we are going to be strengthening your SPINAL ERECTORS.
    These muscles are responsible for helping your stand up straight, stabilize your spine, and maintain a strong and stable posture as you move.
    When we improve spinal function, we also improve:
    Joint spasticity
    Muscular fatigue
    Postural endurance
    Full body strength and balance
    As you perform this drill focus on the following:
    1. Don’t lock your knees
    2. KEEP HIPS ON WALL
    3. Focus on moving from your spinal muscles - not your neck or shoulders
    4. Focus on keeping tension throughout your deep core muscles to protect your low back - think about tensing up if you were about to be punched in the gut.

    I really appreciate all of your videos. I have had so many issues with tightness in my back and legs and it's so helpful to see these kinds of exercises made for someone with MS in mind.
    I had to take a break from hiking after a rough exacerbation last year, but I'm happy to say my mileage on walking is trending upwards again!
