You asked about a good lower back exercise in another video. In your high row position hold on to the grips without moving your arms and lean back with your upper body as far as you can and then hold for two seconds. It works like hyper extension bench with resistance. Great exercise I think
Yes, you can. I'm not sure what timeline you're on, but if you can wait a few months, I will likely have an upgrade kit for sale that will include a pulldown bar. If you want to get on a list to be notified about it's launch, shoot me a quick email at bowflexworkouts@gmail.com
@@BowflexWorkouts I have only figured out one, using the strap with the lower pulleys, locating the strap over my shoulder blades and under my arm pits, facing the tower I lean forward and then rock backwards using my lower back muscles to pull back. There’s a Nautilus low back machine at the gym that in effect does exactly the same thing.
I like your videos man and I appreciate that you make them but all those first exercises were rows not flies and then the one where you were Pulling the handles down to your sides was more like a pullover but to the sides and then the one after that after you decreased the weight is actually a tricep exercise it's not really a back exercise at all and it would basically work your shoulders and your upper back a little bit but just as stabilizers but the way you're keeping your upper arm stiff and you're extending your arm makes it a tricep exercise that's just how the body works man and before that the one where you were pulling the handles up while you were standing up isn't a back exercise really it's a shoulders and trap exercise but some people include the traps as part of their back while other people consider their traps as part of their shoulder workout but nonetheless I appreciate your videos man and it's a shame that bowflex went bankrupt but were sold off and a Taiwan company bought them but hopefully they will continue on and continue to make good quality machines at fairly affordable prices and support their customers also and not give up and stop operating and making machines like some companies when they sell or are bought out and they end up just shutting down sadly because some people love bowflex machines while other people don't really like them at all and think they're like Mickey Mouse machines because you're bending the rods instead of lifting actual iron weights or whatever but I think they definitely have a place in the fitness industry for sure and I don't want them to go away anytime soon if ever Because I think they make some really interesting machines that can give you a really good workout and pump and definitely help people to get in shape and be healthier and I have a Bowflex ultimate myself and I do like it but I'm curious about all the other different machines also and like which ones are better and for what reason and I'm interested in how they're all made and all that because I really think the design and ingenuity in them is pretty special but keep up the good work man.

Thanks for the videos man, helping me get back into shape one day at a time with the blaze
Can you purchase a LAT pulldown bar and attach to the PR1000? Is that compatible?

Thank you bro
Great vids man! Thx a ton
What about exercises that strengthen the lower back, any suggestions?
That's an area I have had a hard time figuring out exercises for that could be dangerous. If you find an good ones, please share.

Awesome. Thanks for the description. Sounds like a good exercise and will give it a try
What I needed. I love doing back exercises. Also, how many lbs were you using for each arm? Was it 80 lbs?
Awesome! If you know of any other good ones, please share. If I find more over time, I will make a part 2. Yep, 80lbs!
