      It could be many reasons, so difficult to give solution. Check if the garment itself and straps are not being stretched too much, maybe you’re using fabric that is too stiff. If you use GPU simulation, could be that it is not as stable. Maybe eyelets have collision on. Maybe your pattern pieces have high thickness collision value and holes are too small.
