Your idea is very educational, but when I get to the part of the cord, I get a strip and it looks horrible, however I see that you have a round cord, that's as far as I got.
This depends on how you add the trims. The bow you can add in two ways, either as trim (in this way, the pattern of the bow won't appear in the 2D window), or as a project file (the pattern will appear).
I am able to achieve the Waistband effect as shown in video but the fabric color also changes along woth 2D pattern while adjusting the Skive. But in the vise, the fabric seen in 3D wndow remains the same. I wonder why it happens in my 3D window where the fabric colour is getting changed to Grey colour though I have white colour fabric applied to the top layer (same like how you have same colour in both Fabric 1 & Fabric 2, I have like that only). KIndly clarify me
You can check the Trim Display for your 3D Window, could be that 'show bond/skive' is on, that's why you see the fabric turning grey. Mine is off, so it doesn't change color.
@@stitchandrender You were right, I checked off Skive option after which I was able to add the color I wanted to add and it worked out. Thanks for clarifying.. Also when we apply Skive, the wasitband happens to ballon out looking bulged. What should we do to flatten it?
Usually I change Stretch values of the fabric to 60 and Bending values to 80. Then first 4 Buckling values to 0 and other 4 to 100. These settings create a pretty good stiff fabric. You can also use any of the Hardware fabrics and see if the look matches your expectation.
Great TUT - Try to follow - but NOT all go my way ( GARMET FOLLING DOWN ) - like you are showing... any chance to have the file to train - follow and learn? - THX anyway for showing this... /// McRoman ...

Hi! Thanks for your video . Unfortunately trims not always appear in my 2D window ( cords are ok, but bow is invisible ) Have I missed something?

Good experience ❤❤❤❤👍

How to make Bottom hem and sleeves hem smooth without sharp edges. please and advise
I recommend to create folds with 3 or more internal lines. then you can achieve smooth rounded fold.
@@stitchandrender Thank you very much for valuable advice.
