Buttonhole? Do you mean the eyelets? Use add thickness rendering in property editor and increase the amount. You will be able to make the eyelets thicker. Make sure in 3d window toggle tool bar, under garment rendering style, turn on thick textured surface. If it's not on, you won't see the thickness in 3d window. Hope this help!
How do you inflate the buttonhole, I do the same thing you do and it doesn't work. Help I'm stuck on that
