I came here and I’m staying here lol. The only thing I can’t find is your icing recipe. Like the white on your chocolate etc? Is there directions for that? I’m an amateur!
I used just melted chocolate 🙂. To melt chocolate using a double boiler, gently heat the water in a saucepan until simmering and place a heatproof bowl with chocolate on top, stirring occasionally until smooth.

like the bag of Hershey’s chips that they sell? A white chocolate? And no oil you just literally spoon it on top and it looks that amazing!! some people are talking about almond bark, and some people are talking about Ghirardelli white chocolate @@TheChoppingBoardRecipes

The total weight of the dough is approximately 1157 grams. Before adding all the goodies, divide it into 6 equal portions, each weighing 193 grams.
Combine the ingredients for each flavor and split the dough into 2 equal portions.
I made 2 cookies of each flavor, resulting in a total of 12 cookies.
At this point, each cookie will weigh around 5.5 ounces.

I baked the cookies on the middle rack using a silicon sheet and only used the bottom heat of the oven. If you're using parchment paper, it's better to use two sheets to prevent over-browning.

Cookie dough freezes well for up to 3 months. Transfer the cookie dough to the refrigerator the day before, or at least a couple of hours before you intend to bake the cookies.
