That car, with that color exterior, and the shape of the body along with the side vents, looks more like a live Mako Shark than the real animal. Just stunning in its form and very aerodynamic as well.
The coating looks sensational! It would've made people turn their heads even back then in the 60ies. It's hardly believable that the company that made this stunningly beautiful car was originally making refrigerators! Also, the Isetta was their first car - a miniature car that is even smaller than the babyblue Zastava standing next to this amazing Grifo.
Largely unknown in the USA, but Iso was a very classy Italian marque. The Iso Grifo, forerunner of the Rivolta, was designed by Giotto Bizzarrini - designer of the Ferrari 250 GTO - after he parted with them. He built his own cars under his own name as well. Have a look at Jay Leno's review, very interesting.
Man what a beautiful piece of automotive history! I can only imagine what it’s like to see in person! Love that gray with the tan/red interior! As always, amazing skills and stunning results! 😎
Merci!
Remember the day when I went to primary school here in Germany about 50 years ago and saw the first Iso Grifo of my life. I was even more impressed, when I looked onto the speedometer and saw the 320 km/h (200mph)... By the way: You gave the car the job it deserves!
nothing like Italian cast aluminum wheels from the period. Beautiful. Great job getting a great restoration job back to what it was. Terrific work as always!
i have to say first one i have ever seen. Awesome car. The back window looks like it is out of an old Camero or Firebird. Thanks for sharing the history of the car.
Very beautiful car and, like always, outstanding work 👌🏼 By the way, what kind of pad and polisher do you use for chrome parts like windshield around and others? Thank you. Keep on exactly like this.
I was very lucky as a teen, to have travelled in some exotic cars. Namely a Gordon keeble no2 if only 99 made. A Bristol 412, Jensen interceptor sp. And a panther de ville.
@@IAMDetailing it was silver and exactly same year model, it was beautiful inside out. I didn't expected to meet one here on the road. Its very rare car and cost fortune. There most ridiculous part of this vehicle that it has chevy corvette engine and Borg Wagner 4 speed manual
Every single car is different, depending on the paint (single stage vs clearcoat, etc), condition, etc. Several brands we use frequently are Sonax, Rupes, KochChemie, and Jescar
My god what a beautiful car!!! looks like a cross between a 67 Corvette and an Aston Martin!!!
This is one of the most beautiful car I've seen in a while. Pure art, both the inerior and exterior. By the way, amazing work, as always! 🥇
Sorry Abel, the production total was 797.
@@ourfarmhouseinspain 🤦🏻♀️ ook:))
Thank you Abel!
I remember the ISO Gifo from my youth. Beautiful Italian design matched to American muscle.
A fantastic combo indeed 🙌🏽
I would have this beauty over ANY car made today. Bellissima 👌🏻🇮🇹
It really is quite the looker, isn't it? And hearing that Chevy V8 when you get on it is probably the perfect combination
Wow! That's awesome! It almost looks like a fresh paint job. The owner must have been stoked with the way the car came out.
Very happy with how it came out :) thank you!
That's one sweet ride
Just outstanding Iso Grifo, great job, looks perfect.
One of the most beautiful car I ever seen. Congrats from Bolivia.
Look up Bizzarrini.

Always dig/dug that color or similar on cars. You just made it 1000% better. Brilliant work as always.
Thank you Craig!

Fantastic paint and such a nice colour 😊

Thank you! That was probably so cool to see! 200mph in the 70s has me on the edge of my seat a little lol

Thank you Thomas 🙏🏽 as always we appreciate your comments 😉
A real beast of a beauty!!
Hot car! It looks a lot like a 72' Ferrari Daytona GTB/4. Very nice detailing.
I saw that brand back in the late70's or early 80's in a car mag.
BEAUTIFUL CAR
She’s a beauty!

And I imagine the inside of that back window was a complete cow to clean without leaving a mark !
Oh I bet. Have to almost climb in the back of the rear deck to reach the very bottom
Thanks for watching Roger!
What a car!! Great work 👍
Thank you! 🙌🏽
I like the fiat 600R blue light behind .
Me too 😍
Today SoCal, tomorrow the world! Ferrari & Chevy have a baby indeed...cute kid
Absolutely adorable ;)
incredible job !
Thanks! 🤘🏼
Looks like a Bond car, I want one!
Iso Rivolta made amazing cars.. If James Bond was Italian, he probably drives one of it..
Can you imagine an Italian James Bond?? Orders a negroni, hold the fruit, instead of a martini 🤣
Very beautiful car and, like always, outstanding work 👌🏼 By the way, what kind of pad and polisher do you use for chrome parts like windshield around and others? Thank you. Keep on exactly like this.
Not that particular car, but I am in the UK. And I have seen an ISO grifo, and and an ISO Lele.
What did you think?
I remember the car being up for sale during the oil crisis in the 70s for £1500!!!!, You could probably put 2 more zero's on that due to its rarity.
I was very lucky as a teen, to have travelled in some exotic cars. Namely a Gordon keeble no2 if only 99 made. A Bristol 412, Jensen interceptor sp. And a panther de ville.
@@petervaughan2428 That's amazing! How cool! Thanks for sharing :)
Iso grifo can am 🥰
😊😊
7:58 That's an e46 m3 right there in that door way
Good eye! :)
I have seen this car in London

que carro es ?
An Iso Grifo
Almost a corvette style
😍
🚀😍👌🏻
Yes and the better Version called 7 Litre......................
👌😎
it's a late series Iso griffo. don't insult me.
🤣
👏👏👏🇧🇷🇧🇷
At first I thought "mmm, that kinda looks like a corvette, but that is too sofisticated for an american car"
Then I read it's an italian car.
It does have a similar feel to a classic vette, doesn’t it?
Well it is a Corvette power train!
😍
