i think califiori is going to be a zinchenko replacement, he's a great passer and isn't defensively weak. timber will probably be moved to rb or will play lb against high presses like tomiyasu did. meaning rice will play as the 6 alongside califiori in possession against low/mid blocks and timber will play alongside whichever midfielder we sign against high presses. or he could dictate games from deep from the back line instead of saliba. he could also step into midfield from lcb. he offers a for our build up issues against mid blocks like porto or bayern

Arsenal absolutely needs Calafiori and i think he starts for the first team. I say we sell Zinny and Kivior and become a backup to Gabriel, Timber cannot be trusted to stay fit and timber will be a reliable replacement or competition for White. So for me the first team should:
New steiker/Havertz.
Martinelly. Saka
Rice. Kimmich Odegaars
Cala... Gabriel. Saliba. White
Raya
