Moai-Kun is actually a good Famicom game. It was developed by Konami, and is a spinoff if the Gradius series. It's also a puzzle game. You can't just destroy everything. You need to destroy the correct statues and make it to the exit.
Alright, so the one thing I noticed right away? The duty cycle bug with the audio is FIXED in this one! The music finally sounds right on one of these famiclones. That alone makes this worth having, so I’m definitely keeping an eye out for this thing.
I noticed that on a recently purchased red version I got at Walmart I believe a sound channel is missing from the new version which has a green power light you can enter a test mode if you hold down b and y while you power on if you have the older versions to compare you can hear that a sound channel is missing from the new version

Yes, it's a huge price difference between back then and now. In the early 90s, you paid like 30-50€/$ for a regular Game Boy- or NES game and about 70 for a SNES/Megadrive title. Now you get hundreds of games for a fraction of it. Of course because the games on cheap Chinese devices are more or less pirated (rather more, except the homebrews). The price of video games depends 100% on licenses and brands, the rest is just a combination of many many 0s and 1s...

They have what looks like a little black "bubble" or dot that I think is the actual rom memory. I've torn one down and there really isn't a way to add an SD adapter to it. It's also really cheap and fragile so any harder poking tears it up. The best minimal DIY device is an old Android Phone, your choice of any NES emulator of the Google Play Store, an SD card full of roms, and a Razer Kishi.
Door Door is a Famicom game from Spike Chunsoft(The same guys who made Dangaronpa) and Enix. In the game, you open the doors for the enemies to go inside. Once they're inside, you close them and once all the enemies on the screen are gone, you progress to the next level.
Door Door is a simple puzzle game where you just have to open doors and trap the enemies in. It was actually one of Enix's first games for the Famicom.
Again, the same d-pad... It's very shallow (it goes down below the housing) and it won't registrate all your imputs until you press it very hard, they really should improve it. I bought a similar one in a few weeks ago and it looks like they used the same components again, just with some little modifications. The screen looks brighter tho. It's not bad for the low price, but remember you get a Datafrog SF2000 handheld with SD card and REAL arcade games (Neo Geo/FBA/MAME and SNES, Megadrive, NES, MS, GB, GG) for just a little bit (I think it costs 15€) more...

On the 200 game one, the only good game is Friday the 13th and the rom is set to where you can’t upgrade from the rock. No keys, flashlight, lighter or health drops. They made the game worse 🤣🤣🤣

Where each of your eyes has a different viewing angle resulting in different colors for each eye, because it uses old phone screens thar have been rotated 90 degrees? China is really in love with these ripoff Gameboys that have NES games on them. They should really stop making these 8-bit NES Gameboys and just sell ones that have many consoles on them. Because those have a mixture of actual NES games and stupid homebrew games that aren't fun but more annoying and also you never really have 200 actual games but maybe 50 if you are lucky. But that is my opinion that China should stop making them.
@@MusicMan32K No you don't. Miyoo and Anbernic and Powkiddy devices come preloaded. The main issue is moreso the quality of the SD cards used, but you can back up the ROMs and flash a new SD card that's higher quality. Retroid/Ayn is pretty much the only brand that doesn't come with any preloaded games.

These aren’t emulation. These are a chipset with preloaded games. Actual emulation is a computer running an emulation of a system, and it works great in 2024. A miyoo mini plus is about 70 bucks and can run any game up to PlayStation 1 as well as the consoles could.

I noticed when you were showing them that the model numbers are the same on the first two and other than the first two letters the purple one has the same number as well. So maybe any differences come down to luck of the draw more than anything.
Just to let everybody know super Mario Galaxy isn't even a real super Mario game it was created by a third party company but Nintendo liked what they saw but instead of just licensing it on the Nintendo Wii they bought it stripped it down and repackaged it is a Mario game
Okay. Well, the difference between Walmart and all the other people Nintendo has sued so far is that Walmart has a lot of money, and will most likely follow the trial because they can afford it. So, either Nintendo is not going to sue, or they will, and there will be a trial, and if the trial does not end on a settlement out of court, then whatever is done sets a legal presedent.
Yes, you have to be careful, because what if they sue you for a million dollars and you don't have it? The court will take your property if you lose the suit which you probably will. Don't create a site and put Nintendo roms on it. Downloading might be ok but don't torrent and share, somehow Nintendo will sniff you out and complain to your ISP and you will get a warning letter in the mail from your ISP. Even if all Nintendo has is your IP address that is all your ISP needs to know which subscriber it is.

Many of these devices are "NES on a chip" systems.Which means no emulation. This is real (Unofficial) hardware.

Actually, one of my local box stores 🏪 had The My Arcade PAC Man in mini cabinet format in there toys department....about 20.00....
