    New sub! Thanks for your instructions, being a 50 yr old beginner is rough. Not limber....and a deep desire to crush the ball....makes for a long day of "dangit....there goes another one!"
    I lost 18 balls on my last round...
    Peace and Love from Atlanta

    Watched all 3 parts and loved the videos. Helped out my swing a lot and I’m hitting the ball more solid and straighter. Thank you

    thankful for the info as a beginner starting to play with experienced friends, but don't think I'm so new that I didn't notice that Tiger twirl there...

      @NewNineGolf just left the range for the second time ever. had some good ones but tend to ground the club before the ball and slicing pretty good. any quick tips? I assume I'm opening my hips/ shoulders too much to get that slice...

      @timburke7158
      Grip: Check and adjust your grip to be slightly stronger (rotate both hands to the right for a right-handed golfer).
      Alignment: Make sure your feet, hips, and shoulders are aligned parallel to the target.
      Ball Position: Position the ball slightly forward in your stance, closer to your left heel.
      Swing Path: Focus on swinging from inside to out, aiming to hit the ball from the inside of the target line.
      Clubface: At impact, ensure the clubface is square to the target, not open.
      By addressing these key points, you can quickly correct your golf slice.

      @NewNineGolf so hit the range again this morning, buddy of mine and I seem to be making Friday morning a thing, adjusting the ball more forward and my grip alone helped. tried to focus on rotating in to out and he some real solid shots! 3 or 4 in a row sometimes! some with good distance, some not so much, but I feel like a stronger swing will come with getting more comfortable. I find if I swing too hard, some of the mechanics get lost in the mix. Definitely got that feeling I been hearing about for the first time though. you know where I'll be next Friday at 7...

    great videos guys! Subscribed. Can you do a video series of golf fitness/workouts for beginner golfers? What to do at the gym or at home to benefit our golf game? Thanks.

    is he doing anything with his body weight like right foot to left foot?? What about the bend in his wrist? Anything we need to know? What does he push his hands towards the target right before he begins his back swing?

    • @NewNineGolf
      @NewNineGolf  2 года назад

      As you start your back swing you want to load your weight onto your back foot and then transfer your body to your front foot in the follow thru. Do this WITHOUT swaying. You can turn your body while loading the weight transfer.
      Your wrists should hinge naturally into the back swing. You want to keep your top hand wrist flat. Do not break that wrist. A good drill/indicator is to put a drivers license under your golf glove to feel if the wrist breaks.
      The hands push forward before the takeaway to promote keeping your hands forward thru the ball. If you were to slow down the swing frame by frame you’d want to see your hands and grip slightly ahead of the ball before contact.
      Keep in mind all of these are beyond a beginner golf lesson and moving towards some intermediate and advanced moves.
      I hope that helps!
