+Lisa Phillips They always make jurors fill-out forms asking about connections like this. Those should still be someplace. If they lied on the forms and signed under penalty of perjury, they ought to be prosecuted and fined for the costs of a new trial.

Absolutely! That was fixed! It ended up not even being an accident, it was car trouble! I'm sure the county misconstrued that to get him out of there. And this goes all the way to the state. Someone is paying someone to put the blame on these two because someone high up is hiding something, either to do with Halbach or the rape case. As far as I see it if a juror says he would've voted not guilty and feels there was pressure on himself and other members of the jury my first thought is re-trail. Nobody's saying that Avery is definitely innocent, but it would be utter ridiculous not to re-try himself and his nephew.

Contrary to what Kratz assured everyone, the stuff Netflix couldn’t/didn’t include in the two documentary’s plus, all the other evidence that has come to the surface since, proves one thing, Avery and Dassey are innocent. They were framed by a proven perverted, lying DA and corrupt police force. The state backed them up and continues to do so. Forensic evidence alone proves their innocence, as it did in Avery’s first false conviction. The only long drawn out trials that need to take place now are the prosecution of Kratz and his accomplices and the trial of the real killer, once an honest police force has investigated the real suspects. For those who haven't read material concerning SA's post-trial motion, Mahler testified there, under oath, that there had been no "car crash" at all (surprised to hear that? His testimony is a matter of public record.), that his stepdaughter had only had "car troubles," and that that's what he'd told the judge. He also testified that he'd never mentioned any "marital troubles" to the judge. The judge wrote in his opinion that the juror had told him a car crash had occurred, totaling the stepdaughter's car, which (the judge said the juror had told him) had worsened the juror's marital troubles that had existed even before the trial, and, accordingly, that he (the judge) didn't find the excused juror's testimony on this point to be "credible."

For me, the one thing that was made not clear was the lack of motive for Steve Avery to kill Teressa Halbach and the motive put on the teenage nephew was too far of a stretch. It's frustrating that how much society relies on the justice system to be fair and help the poor and disadvantaged and yet this systems seems to always work in favour for those who are rich or powerful if not both. Its also very daunting to know that someone who committed such a Haynes crime to Teressa Halbach may still be out there roaming free... this is so concerning.

I'm on the Avery is innocent side but I've had 2 lingering questions that I can't seem to find an answer to on the internet.
    1) Did Steven ever give an explanation as to why he dialed *67 when trying to contact Teresa on the day she went missing ?
    2) Even though there was no physical evidence of Teresa being 'shackled" to his bed post...did he actually own a pair of hand cuffs and leg shackles? If so, did he give any explanation as to where he got them and why he kept them around?
Once again, I believe he was set up, however I feel these 2 questions being answered would strengthen his case. Perhaps I missed it and someone can help answer in the comment section????

Life has been taken a joke in this county. Why why can't they get this right. Dassey made a mistake, a mistake his mind had not fully interpreted I understand his conviction. But all this bs and dragging the Avery family around could've been totally avoided with some polygraph, am I right? Why don't we avoid trials altogether if we have better means of the truth. God , Jesus whoever help these people wrongfully accused by people wanting a conviction ONLY and not exposing the truth. I mean there is clearly so much evidence that shows he's innocent and so much proof that it was clearly a set up.
I heard that he got himself a new attorney and this attorney is tough and she claims she's found new evidence to prove that steven is innocent and has the names of a few new suspects that were involved in the murder. I can't til season 2.

+saffy blu I understand your anger about the poor cat. I'm an animal lover too. Steven Avery was young at the time and was drinking, and did something stupid and horrific. Most of us have done things that we regretted later. I am sure that Steven Avery regrets that too. He did not rape that woman, he did not kill Teresa, and he did not hurt the sheriff deputy's wife all those years ago when he ran her off the road. He pointed a gun at her but never shot her. Know why? He does not kill women. He is no angel, but none of us are. The cops set him up and have had it out for him ever since he ran the deputy's wife off the road, who is Steven Avery's cousin.

Is Teresa alive, ??? continue reading all !! That's a Great and terrific job ' 🤠🍺🐩 ,, ,, ,, I would just like to start by saying, I definitely admire you and of course the other podcasters as well, and thank you for your devoted time and energy, I know I don't have a podcast but I guess I can get my two cents in, irregardless just by sending and or explaining what I consider to be some of the most obvious are damning hardcore facts in this case, I will be adding this one as well in my single but somewhat long message, but just be patient it's guaranteed to appease ' with a few things that might surprise you LOL 🤔🍺🐩so as we all dig a Little Deeper as rubber ducky says , so as to crack 🐣 this case I will send it & another important one in the main message section, but I will start it out with this message that I am mentioning now, but I think it's another small but vital piece of the puzzle , that will help to explain a little more clearly about the bigger picture for this case, and one that even supports the more than obvious possibility that Teresa halbach still Maybe alive, one of which is that the bones are not being permitted to be tested by recent DNA by the defense to the point of breaking their own law by not permitting this to happen , and we all know why just like there was never no pictures of the bones how do we even know there was a single human bone when we are supposed to beleave they are presumed human buy mr. Ken craps do we take his word for it ' of course not , we all know better now, The Jig Is Up, anyway there is no proof taken as far as we know other than their word , & there was no pictures shot nor was the special bone expert lady allowed to be there and of course dogs never hit on them but here's a new observation to consider ??? MillBilly had mentioned on one of his podcast that I listen to very recently, some information that may have went over some folks heads, he had mentioned that he tried for a long time to find out where the picture of Teresa standing by the RAV4 was shot at, then he had acknowledged buy a friend that had a dream of the name of the road of where the picture was taken, she had actually dreamt the name of the road where that actual picture was takn of Teresa standing in front of the RAV4 that he could not find , but when others mentioned it was by the Teresa halbach Photography Studio it was actually where this girl had said it was where she had dreamt of it, now that in and of itself, may not seem like such a big thing, or piece of the puzzle and I will come back to that shortly, but here's one of the main points I'm making, he had also found out that that picture , was taken just a few days I believe before she had become missing, now do you ? get the picture? I didn't at first as simple as this piece of the puzzle is, it's not that hard of a piece of the puzzle to figure out, and here is your answer, in theory this makes sense, could it be that, Ben's how that picture was taken just a little bit before she had went missing ,,, 🤔🐥 ,,, because of a recent to be planned event, another words here's the picture, just days before she becomes missing, it gets taken oh and by the way here's the car not to mention that you're going to see it in the very very nearby future in a planned event on the news mind-ya ' what did they call it in the Kennedy assassination when they thought they could get away with it it was called the big event, I don't know what they called this, but it too was more than likely a planned event as well, something else I will tell you in particular and the other hard workers of these podcasts, the big turd that likes to believe his own lies Mr. Ken craps ' I've watched a few little shows with him, and I noticed something and here's what I noticed, he likes to start his little shenanigan in a bold boasting Manor that goes something like this, and this is something he ripped off of Mark Twain or one of them writers he mentions, anyway it goes something like this ,,, it's easier for me to full people, then to convince people, that they have been fooled", wow that almost sounds like a magician's trick doesn't it? well that speaks volumes in several different possible ways, one of which, the picture of Teresa standing by her vehicle so recently took TOOO CLOSE TO her disappearance could possibly only implicate & or mean one thing ' & that is ' that this was not just coincidental, but a Farfetch'd all out planned event and that she is still alive, just like the dream Brendan had, one night shortly before his trial, he mentioned Teresa having on a judge's robe and then lifting part of it off of her face as of like it was all a big joke & or surprise and it was all a big joke Brendan said, okay well here's a three strikes and you're out LOL rubber ducky brings this to our attention aswell ' she had mentioned she seen some video footage of Teresa's mom I'm not sure exactly were it was shot at but here's my point she mentioned after the interviewer ' had quit asking her questions that the tape was still rowing and that Teresa's mother who was apparently faking the sobbing crying with NO tears , (again magic trick) like all the other times or interviews as usual, that something a little different happened in this particular interview and that is when it was over ' and she thought that the cameras were off, guess what happens???,,, she started laughing like it was all a big joke, that's when I believe rubber ducky had mentioned something to this avail that it was not only repulsive, but it enlightened her on what she considered to be the real truth, not the fake stuff , and that is, that yes we had been fooled and this is all a big joke, of course until the big joke comes back to haunt you🤠heyy- what about the flash card that was found in her RAV4? you know the one with the pictures & the cow on it ' & why did miss Joellen zipper ' state that Teresa was at her house at 3 oclock? and one of zippers boys said that he would Enlighten this whole case when he got out of prison , and why did law enforcement initially go out of their way to confiscate zippers phone answering machine messages which are still unrevealed to this case ??? Mr.Ken Kratz ? , & others who have blamed the innocent in the name of personal gain , and greed ' & the LIE 🐩 ,, ,, ,, Judgement Day's coming !!!!!! 🤠🐥🐓 ,, ,, ,, ruclips.net/video/0xPNEyUPkB4/видео.html ruclips.net/video/ysj724g-mXk/видео.html
