    The whole feeling changed when Shiva music abruptly stopped in the middle of the video and fan rotation sound started coming. After fan rotation sound I suddenly stopped taking her seriously😂😂😂😂😂. Jokes apart thanks for the asanas. Nice quick tutorial clip.

      Normally, you can start yoga after six to eight weeks of the delivery. But, it is recommended to consult your doctor and discuss when to start yoga after C-section. The doctor will gauge your body's ability to handle physical stress, muscle pliability, and give necessary guidance.thank you!!

      You do any exercise without diet it's not gonna effect. 70% is what you eat and 30% is exercise. Yogasan is most effective to strengthen your muscles, improve your body stability by helping body structure. For better life one should club proper diet, yogasan, pranayam and cardio.
      I have lost my belly fat and 10 kg weight in 3 month with yoga and slight change in diet. First and foremost thing you must do is cut out sugar, lower carbs and increase protein and fibres.

    spot fat reduction doesnt work at all, i.e no yoga poses can reduce belly fat or any other fat. For that calorie deficit needs to be maintained .
