You should replace your G Watch R with the LG Watch Urbane. It's essentially a G Watch R with a more premium case and glass over the display. It's durable, beautiful, and my friends mistake it for a "real" watch all the time. It's great if you want a more premium looking and feeling product than the R.
DiehlGames Yeah I have seen that one in person, pretty sharp man LG is been on point lately. I got my G3 about 6 months ago and its the bees knees. I think the watch would make a great companion device, I just dont have that type of disposable income right now, otherwise I would be all over it......
acehighflyer123 Agreed for sure. LG has really been on the ball the past few years. The Nexus 5, G2, G3, G4, and G Flex 2 are all excellent phones. I've owned the G Watch, G Watch R, and Watch Urbane. No problems with reliability and they just keep getting better with Android Wear updates.
acehighflyer123 i wish they would use aluminium for their phones. Or even like Samsung is doing it with the A series. Huawei is still my favourite manufacturer because of good materials, an awesome user interface and the great price. I own a g7

But I’ve lived with one on my wrist for two years, and little things like raising my wrist and asking “Hey Siri what’s the weather like at (school I attend out of town)?” Before getting in the car are just engrained in my daily routines. I rely on my Apple Watch to remind me of calendar appointments and daily reminders for meetings, school projects, etc. Just, once you use one for a while it becomes an extension for all the info you value on your phone. But right at the surface. Some may like it some may hate it. But I’m sticking with mine.

Please, you expect me to believe that even if Apple weren't a filthy rich company (thanks to it's sheeple) that anyone would want to buy them out today? With a product that did away with the 3.5mm standard port on their lineup? Or some overpriced and overdue wireless earbuds? That, is funny.
SnazzyMacGuy a rolex will be an intricately made mechanical watch. I think that warrants my money more then a fancy digital watch with Bluetooth. That's my $0.02 however.
Michaël Guay-Lambert I don't understand why someone wouldn't get a real watch that won't be outdated in a year instead if they want a fashion accessory or status symbol.
mbsfaridi the materials (raw and unprocessed) on the edition is well over 4000 USD$, but still does't justify the additional 6000 USD$ you pay for the watch, even considering the development fees, the production fees, and marketing fees.
aliwalyd3 lol they don’t overprice the watches, they just shove useless gunk to appeal to those who shop for useless stuff to show people how useless their purchases are
I use my left hand to pull my phone out of my pocket to check the time. It compensates for the playing with myself the right hand does and doesn't cost anything over the thousand dollars the phone cost!.
That’s not why people buy those types of watches. They buy those type of watches because the watch itself is an artform. It’s like buying a painting but one you can see and enjoy constantly.
Now this is very interesting. I have the exact same model that Linus is using and I can wear it for two days and have it be around 10% when I plug it in at night on the second day. Also for those who were wondering, yes it is pretty waterproof. I accidentally took it swimming with full immersion underwater for over 30 minutes and nothing was wrong at all!
Lets be real; apple products are fine from a performance/design perspective. Anyone who says differently is blinded by (understandable) hate towards apple. However it is disgusting how they so painfully obviousely milk their customers for money. How anyone can like this company is beyond me, and that's one reason why I won't use apple products - I dont like them as a company. (Nor can their products give me a performance/price that is acceptable on any level at all.) The only reason they are still in buissness is because of their trusty ,for lack of a better term, iSheep fans. *edit : just to clarify: i am not pro apple in any way, but i think you can't just blindly critique them for their producs, but rather the company itself*
I am a guy from the internet and this is my account Apple works like this: they release a really shitty product from a performance/price perspective but with a better UI and more aesthetically pleasing hardware design than their competitors. Usually performance is not only lower, but way more expensive even so. Like a year or less later, competitors will have the better products by an possible metric, since they'll have improved their own UI/aesthetics based on their own customer feedback while still maintaining higher performance at a more realistic price, but enough people will be too ignorant of this or that to switch from the apple they bought. Some of it is just the usual lies misleading people, like those above a certain age seeing apple as "easier to use", some of it is faulty logic like "more expensive = better".
I am a guy from the internet and this is my account I think square watches look tacky and horrible and this has a HORRIBLE battery life and can barely function as a watch first because the screen is off 90% of the time. I'm sorry but this is generally a bad product.
***** What more valid argument you want if it's very clear the Apple products are overpriced for what they are? We don't hate on Apple because it's "cool", in fact, we don't hate on Apple, but like any other sane human being, we hate on those who take advantage of the gullible. Is that fair enough?
If they keep the door closed regularly, condensation should not be a huge issue since refrigeration removes moisture in the air during the refrigeration cycle.
***** lol grow up, not everything is directed towards 15 year olds having mummy pay for everything. you're obviously foreign to the watch scene, but a million dollar watch collection is not unordinary to people with the means, people spend 200K on watches that cost no more than 10K in production, it's in no way stupid to assume people would pay that for an exclusive which will retain if not appreciate in price among collectors.
Ezekiel Alay www.amazon.com/Rolex-Cosmograph-Daytona-Platinum-116506IBLSO/dp/B00ML5AGRY/ref=sr_1_1?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1438032272&sr=1-1&refinements=p_89%3ARolex yeah, 22k is not much for a luxury watch made out of gold and saphhire.
Michael Tenner Yes, 60K$ is too much even for a Rolex, but I would prefer premium quality mechanical watch to a "fancy" golden-wrapped Apple smartwatch.
idk im kinda digging the kitchen set, this is why i keep coming back to this channel and watch all the videos that i dont even need to watch. Kitchen just connects to me so much, kitchen has food, i love food, i love kitchen. Linus your new place better have a kitchen set
"Not a Rant" ... finally tells the truth about the apple watch with adult humor references. I enjoyed this one. BTW, a refrigerator PC build would be awesome!
Having the Apple Watch since it's release there are many areas that need a lot of improvement but I've not experienced any issues with the battery. The only time it didn't last me a full day with plenty to spare was the day I got it and was checking out every single app. And I'm glad it doesn't turn on when I get a notification. If I'm choosing not to acknowledge the notice then why should the guy across the room see it? It shows it if you lift your wrist. That's how I like it. They DO need to improve the heart rate monitor. It only works well for consistent movement exercises like walking or rowing. It is useless if you're lifting weights and almost always gives a very low heartbeat. In general, it can be a little laggy. It needs more processing power.
+Burrito Chingon I'd like to see them improve both with the 2nd gen. I do like it overall. Just some things that aren't as advertised...kind of like the first iPhone. If the development follows the progress of the iPhone then it will be great.
+Tyler513 after i update my apple watch 2.2.1 some of my watch apps stop doing crash. For now all my watch app didn't have any problems since i update. i do believe is the software who need to improve. lets see on wwdc 2016 for watch 3.0
Tyler513 Great comment. Wonder how has your view and opinion of the Apple Watch changed, for better or for worse. Maybe you've gotten the Series 2 or 1 now. Mind to comment?
5:30 -> there's another reason for not turning on immediately when you get a notification, it's because of privacy. I think it is good that the screen stays dark when my wrist is down and i get a notification, as soon as i raise my wrist the screen turns on.
I love my 1st gen Apple Watch, still using it today and it still lasts me the entire day. Pretty surprised the battery has held out so well considering it's recharged every night for basically 3 years now.
I think you're downplaying the importance of aesthetics for most people. This isn't a phone that sits in your pocket, it's like an article of clothing. Even if the Apple watch doesn't function as well as its Android wear competitors, it has the crucial advantage of not looking awful and/or like a dorky toy. For me at least, that's the first requirement any smart watch is going to have to meet before I'll consider buying one.
Thomas Riddle So basically, if Apple made a watch that just told the time and made it appear good on both sexes, you'd still buy it because it looked good? Sorry to be snarky about it, but please! Technology had never been about what's on the outside, and I would prioritize function over form if it meant is was still as comfortable to wear and does whatever I'd put my mind to.
Thomas Riddle If I want something that looks good I'd just invest in an actual watch instead... OT: Take a gander at the Huawei Watch and Asus ZenWatch.
bluephreakr Everything is bought for how it looks, even computer hardware. The one with the best looks, gets the customer. Nothing can stop the human nature.
Balder Hansen So you'd cheat on your wife if the one you intend on having an affair with looked better because of _human nature._ Please! No wonder Ashley Madison had 37 million active users...
The conversation that watch will start if I walk up to a person wearing that would go as follows. Me: "Is that an apple watch?" Them: "Yeah!" Me: "Douche." Then I walk away.
hellcat1988 Wow, you bought a piece of technology using your OWN money for your OWN use! YOU DOUCHEBAG HOW DARE YOU SPEND YOUR OWN MONEY HOW YOU WANT YOU'RE A DOUCHE LOL
Have you tried the Gear2 or SGear from Samsung? SGear is too big, but Gear2 have more features than Apple Watch and imo better quality. Just my thoughts though.
Personally, I'm holding out for the iMonocle. Features include blinding the eye you wear it on and having to spin your body 3 times in order to enable navigation. It will be ahead of its time, just like all the other Apple products.
I agree so much with this video, and looking back it’s funny that now the Apple Watch is the best smart watch you can buy besides the Samsung sport watched
The biggest downside of this watch is obviously the display. Using LCD for a watch is a terrible idea as it is the biggest power drain on the small battery, and it cannot be always on, which defeats the purpose of having a watch... A "watch" with a turned-off screen 90% of the time is actually a bracelet, not a watch. Apple seriously needs to adopt an "always on" display technology. The e-ink display used on Pebble and Kindle is always on, and low power, but it is very slow and looks horrendous. However, Mirasol display by Qualcomm is the answer as it is fully color, is always on, gives days of battery, and is highly reflective. I have a Qualcomm Toq, which was an experimental product, but I made it my favorite watch because of the beautiful Mirasol display. If Apple adopts Mirasol into their next smart watch, instead of stupid LCD, it will be a game changer.
E-paper displays don't have backlighting so it would be useless in the dark. LCD displays are also more vibrant, better than plain colouring e paper has. Apple is probably trying to make it look and feel the best they can, they are probably looking for ways to improve battery life as well.
iMANTlS They say "dislike it if you disliked it" in every single video. Why exactly are you commenting about it as if you're taking a stand against begging for likes?
iMANTlS And... why would you bother wasting additional energy if you hate it. Also they have said over and over again that a dislike helps as much as a like does.
Alpha Beatz Actually I find that Apple Watch with the screen off look like a Casio watch :3 Oh one more thing, at least most Casio watch doesnt need recharge every 18 hours and it's water resistant unlike the Apple watch ... problem? :3
Having to press a button to see the time is a throwback to the 70's, the old man had one of those old digital watches that had a red light up display that had to press a button.
Brad Payne the Pebble is great if you don't need all the fancy features of the Apple Watch and don't mind an e-ink screen. I love how the watch is waterproof.
I have the an Apple Watch, and I must say its worth every penny, I use it everyday. The small features made it a big win for me. (No I didn't buy the cheap ass one)
sharks445 FYI, That's not even a Watch. That's a scale. Well done wearing a scale on your wrist, sir. The Marshmallow Man Yeah, I totally agree. I forgot to plug the charger in once, and was left sitting a day without one, and I totally missed the smart things. It's not a "must have" device, but once you have one you can't go without.
ですクラウヂオ I really hope you're trolling. Did you even read the the highest point on the meter? I was replying to his comment with the picture, no shit it's not a watch. Take a good hard look at the image again,
My wife and I both got Apple watches at launch. She swears by hers after using other fitness trackers over the last few years. The extra functions are convenient to her and she loves her Apple watch. I wasn't as taken as I thought I'd be. I wanted a lot of what we now know to be in Watch OS 2.0 on this first edition. So I sold mine until the technology catches up to where Apple is trying to drive it.
When the first digital watches were introduced in the late '70's the screens were black. You had to press a button to get the red LED display to turn on. Cost about $500 back then = $1,800 in 2016 dollars. For an LED watch that only showed the time - not even the date.
Everything today needs to have a better battery, pisses me off. I have a 11 year old bluetooth headset. A Nokia Bt 503. Ive used it basically every day for 11 years. And i still get 13 hours per charge. When it shipped it was 17 hours. Now that is quality right there. Oh and its still compatible with everything ive tried it on that h bluetooth 2.0 or higher. My Laptop, desktop, Nokia phone, Sonyericsson phone, HTC phone, Huawi phone and samsung phone just everything. Man im going to miss this when it dies. Trying to find old stock now, but not sure what batteries there is in this little guy.
So much issues and shortcomings on this watch yet it is deemed as the best and most advanced watch. So many Apple fans! I returned two of my Apple watches because it never worked for me and I've been an Apple user since the 80's.
A smart watch is like every other piece of technology that exists. It will become over manufactured. These watches would be considered electronic scrap in 5 years time, just like smartphone/computers. Buying a good watch will have a far better exponential value growth than these watches. Spending all this money on a smartwatch is stupid in my eyes. I prefer a normal watch that will still work after years and years. Plus... A watch is one less thing to charge and that's a big deal to me nowadays.
PCGamingMaster Race There's a gawd that knows everything; that which we couldn't know anything without, that is Wikipedia. And gawd says it was the egg frist.
Well its SOOOOO much better now, they've added many many updates that made it more useful. It had a weak start but it is proving its self to be more useful today.
TheGoldenEagleEye Maybe someone that thinks : What kind of idiot buy a gaming PC? Gaming is for immature brats: IT's bad for your social skills, bad for your health, bad for the environment (power and the machines). It stoles time for you that you can invest in a new master degree or learning a new language, besides, who wants to be surrounded by a bunch of misogynistic losers? In other words: you don't believe that they are idiots, because they are, but because you lack the EMOTIONAL intelligence needed to see yourself and your actions from a different perspective. I will not buy the Apple watch, but I will buy a 70-200mm for my camera (in fact I have one). I can see that it's something that people buy for entraining, like a home theater, only that this one do actually help them at work. Please understand that I don't have anything about gamers, I was just showing a different perspective.
I cant understand the critics. 1. I have the 42mm and my battery is usual at 40-70% (depending on usage) at the end of the day. At Night i charge it anways, scince i dont wear my watch in bed. 2. I think its nice that the display dont automatic turn on when i got a notification. I dont want my watch to showing stuff like that while like everybody could see it. If i raise my arm after getting a "tap", it will show the notification... Only thing little bit annoiyng is the watch not turning on everytime i want to check time. It doesnt work well when lying as an example.
Mumatala Yeah, they may have the "master plan" steve laid out for apple's future, but without him there to actually iron out all those ideas, it's just slowly falling to pieces.
Steve Jobs was a great guy... but... (Ducking) No one can create over 3000 patents a year. Apple is more than Steve Jobs. I wouldn’t sell Apple or Tim Cook out yet, who knows what they have in development. 😎
Erin Thorkildsen Lmao, fuck their patents and the developments, if they can't even service their own deivces and brick the device through software if you try to service them yourself, no amount of patents or develipment is going to change that.
Oleg - Perhaps I wasn’t clear. Steve Jobs "filed" well over three thousand patents a year, which is impossible. Meaning the guy either took the credit for patents away from the employees (normal, they are paid) or had some contractual agreement to get the rights. You may be right, who knows. All I know is that they have developed into the biggest company in the USA, with those resources all bets are off.
+Zehta I do agree with you. I'm also looking forward. It's launching very soon. I heard before the year ends or early next year. By the way, what features are you most looking forward to it?
I know you corrected this in the annotations, but still... how did you ever come to believe that the LG Watch R would have a plastic screen? I mean, if you have one, you know it's glass.
hey linus I'm a pretty avid badminton player too, could you do a video talking more in-depth about it? like your equipment and possibly a vlog style vid showing you a typical day for you going out to play. thanks!
Watching this almost 2 years later and still wearing my gen 1 Apple Watch I got in 2015. The new series 2 is waaaayyyyy superior but I am waiting for series 3 to upgrade.
watching this in 2020 seeing how the apple watch s5 has fixed 90% of his problems
Want an Apple Watch? Wait for the next one.
The current one is essentially a prototype.
D13H4RD2L1V3 Thats Apples strategy with literally ALL of their products.
I might get the LG Urbane. That's a sexy watch
D13H4RD2L1V3 I agree; I probably get one too. Too bad it's not available in black like the G Watch R.

tony cupero Well if air at room temps can get an OC of 4Ghz on a good air cooler imaginne cold air.
tony cupero depends entirely on the fridge.. quite a few inexpensive ones at even $50-$100 will still have a compressor and of course those would fry since they aren't meant to be ran so long, now while I highly doubt it would have one, there are some pretty epic TECs you can buy for around $30 such as.. amzn.com/B00EQ1X5EC

SnazzyMacGuy a rolex will be an intricately made mechanical watch. I think that warrants my money more then a fancy digital watch with Bluetooth. That's my $0.02 however.
20 years from now what will an Apple watch be worth, compared to a classic Rolex?
1:34 How does a different colour. a slightly different band and a smaller screen cost $6500 more?
liam Ben Avi Unless it has materials that cost that much.
It's 18 karat solid gold. (The entire casing......) people are so much not aware of what they call a piece of shit..
***** na it clearly says "solid 18 karat gold"
I think that expensive watches are stupid in general.
Spending over $50,000 for a band that tells the time doesn't seem like a good investment.
Omega Syndicate 50000$ omg whats this a diamond watch or what?
Omega Syndicate
$50,000 for a wrist watch?
For that price the watch better be studded with flawless diamonds and made of gold.
aliwalyd3 lol they don’t overprice the watches, they just shove useless gunk to appeal to those who shop for useless stuff to show people how useless their purchases are
I use my left hand to pull my phone out of my pocket to check the time.
That was well written, Linus. We appreciate your time in this!
That sex scene.... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I'd be fucking happy if Luke was fucking me tbh
Fullhomo.
And his excited expression. 😂
(Nor can their products give me a performance/price that is acceptable on any level at all.)
The only reason they are still in buissness is because of their trusty ,for lack of a better term, iSheep fans.
*edit : just to clarify: i am not pro apple in any way, but i think you can't just blindly critique them for their producs, but rather the company itself*
Mario He never mentioned Samsung...
I am a guy from the internet and this is my account
Apple works like this: they release a really shitty product from a performance/price perspective but with a better UI and more aesthetically pleasing hardware design than their competitors.
Mario You have to pay money to talk to customer service, "Best in the world"
Mario samsung is a far bigger company than apple
When will the name Apple not associated with "stupid"
Jason Patowsky
Most apple shee--- I mean users, walk in the blurry line between ignorant and stupid.
***** but... i like The Doctor
When people with low self-esteem stop needing to justify their purchase by hating anything they can't afford and just enjoy what they have
*****
What more valid argument you want if it's very clear the Apple products are overpriced for what they are?
We don't hate on Apple because it's "cool", in fact, we don't hate on Apple, but like any other sane human being, we hate on those who take advantage of the gullible.
Is that fair enough?
*****
Oh, sorry my bad.
You're right.
The protochicken came first linus. The protochicken is superior.
The egg came first. The chicken's origins can be traced back to around 8000 years ago, where eggs have been for hundreds of millions of years.
7:04 linus starts going supernova, everyone step back its about to blow!
how would you build a pc in a mini fridge, wouldn't condensation burn out the components?
Shady E Kneaded eraser on pretty much everything.
Just out on vessel, he didn't keep it in for long
Mingxuan Fu ohhhhhj pls say that guy will link it like he did to scrapyard wars I WANT TO WATCH IT SO BADDDD
If they keep the door closed regularly, condensation should not be a huge issue since refrigeration removes moisture in the air during the refrigeration cycle.
Lol, funny that he’s now wearing an Apple Watch regularly. Time is an interesting thing 😂
at 1:34, $22,000 for a watch?? seriously, wtf Apple
Ezekiel Alay Never thought I'd find you here! XD
Ezekiel Alay Because they think they can. It's cute how they think people are that stupid.
This watch did have Hey Siri. Very weird that Linus didn’t know this.
They updated the feature in a system update. It is not available when the video was recorded.
@@karljohn5067it had Hey Siri on launch actually
One of the better reviews I've watched, with an interesting perspective on the product. Thanks.
hah hah hah “watched”
Screw this, the LG G Watch R is hundreds of times better and actually looks nice and the watch bands don't cost hundreds of dollar!
Or.... You can't afford one...
Deadpixelator Lol no, I'm not paying £400 for that junk when I could spend £200 and get a superior smart watch + I don't even have an iPhone,
Wolfeh im not sure if you know what superior is...
Deadpixelator The LG G Watch R is better therefore superior. I don't think YOU know what it means.
Deadpixelator The Urbane got universally better reviews and looks far better. So, there's that.
building a pc in a minifridge??!! WHY NOT USE THE MINIFRIDGE AS THE CASE who would want to see that
Caboose Core
I think that's exactly what he means.
Think of the overclocking potential! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
You are one stupid person!
Tony Giragsian woah dude don't use the s-word chill
Caboose Core Now that would just be silly.
for me i just love knowing my time piece is accurate at all times and its going to go forward or backwards with time
I think the new Apple Watch series 5 is the product Apple wanted to make and has wanted to make for years
"Not a Rant" ... finally tells the truth about the apple watch with adult humor references. I enjoyed this one.
BTW, a refrigerator PC build would be awesome!
+Marc Stollmeyer - a refrigerator PC build would be COOL! Sorry, I couldn't help myself.
They did that
Having the Apple Watch since it's release there are many areas that need a lot of improvement but I've not experienced any issues with the battery.
I think for the specs for the watch is ok, I don't think specs is causing the problems is the software that developers need to focus more
+Burrito Chingon I'd like to see them improve both with the 2nd gen.
Mind to comment?
this is 100% rant lol
95% rant*
Hello, are you a nice koala crusher?
5% sex scene
+koala crusher You are a horny koala crusher....
no i mean in the video !!

Pebble steel is still better

So you'd cheat on your wife if the one you intend on having an affair with looked better because of _human nature._ Please!
No wonder Ashley Madison had 37 million active users...
The conversation that watch will start if I walk up to a person wearing that would go as follows. Me: "Is that an apple watch?" Them: "Yeah!" Me: "Douche." Then I walk away.
hellcat1988 A douche calling a douche a douche. What an interesting situation.
So everyone who has more money than you and you're jealous of them is a douche?
hellcat1988 Wow, you bought a piece of technology using your OWN money for your OWN use!
YOU DOUCHEBAG HOW DARE YOU SPEND YOUR OWN MONEY HOW YOU WANT YOU'RE A DOUCHE LOL
hellcat1988 Tips fedora then I walk away.

This is by far the most enlightening review of the Apple watch
Watching this in 2021 and seeing how much the Apple Watch has changed in the eyes of everyone and it’s capabilities
Have you tried the Gear2 or SGear from Samsung? SGear is too big, but Gear2 have more features than Apple Watch and imo better quality. Just my thoughts though.
Damn you! At 5:15 you turned on my phone.
...aaand again 7:25 xD
I'm not the biggest fan of apple, but you've gotta admit they're fucking AMAZING at making a sexy ass product.
It has never been an LCD. Apple watch uses OLED, hence the dark UI to maximise power efficiency.

what about " NO " !!
iMANTlS 1700+ people liked the video.... so yea, like anyone would care if u liked it or not
iMANTlS They say "dislike it if you disliked it" in every single video. Why exactly are you commenting about it as if you're taking a stand against begging for likes?
iMANTlS And... why would you bother wasting additional energy if you hate it.
Also they have said over and over again that a dislike helps as much as a like does.
Yearlaren oh, didn't know there are comment police XP
pnaixe so ? i should've like it because a lot like it for the channel not the video ? sure not
Love the new mature comedy. It's funny :D
I love your brutal honesty, you got your points across without sounding whiny. good job :)
This video has aged like a fine wine.
MUST work a week, preferably a month on a 6 hour charge. Otherwise the only watch you enjoy is watching it charge. NFG.
This unusually vulgar Linus is extremely welcomed!
"Unusually?" You must be new here lol
I have a casio. Be jealous.
Casio watch design is shit ,like you
+1'd for creativity on Google plus
Jokes on you .I've got a Simpsons watch
^this guy knows what's up
Alpha Beatz Actually I find that Apple Watch with the screen off look like a Casio watch :3
Oh one more thing, at least most Casio watch doesnt need recharge every 18 hours and it's water resistant unlike the Apple watch ... problem? :3
Having to press a button to see the time is a throwback to the 70's, the old man had one of those old digital watches that had a red light up display that had to press a button.
5:43 It shows notifications on the screen when you raise your wrist and times the notification animation to the gesture
I'll stick with my Pebble Time smart watch for now. I get a 7 day battery life on that thing...
+Alex Crocker How is it? Just ordered one!
Brad Payne the Pebble is great if you don't need all the fancy features of the Apple Watch and don't mind an e-ink screen. I love how the watch is waterproof.
***** I just ordered one due to me lifeguarding this summer hahah
I have the an Apple Watch, and I must say its worth every penny, I use it everyday. The small features made it a big win for me.
(No I didn't buy the cheap ass one)
The Marshmallow Man i.imgur.com/WztH4.jpg
sharks445 You mad brah? You a mad jelly Android fan boi?
The Marshmallow Man No, I'm laughing at you for wasting a shit ton of money just to show off.
sharks445 FYI, That's not even a Watch.
Take a good hard look at the image again,
After 3:40 please tell me your wife does not watch your videos
Dave Terry That made me lagh
Lol
His wife was watching actually
For an LED watch that only showed the time - not even the date.
the battery should last three days at least..... it's a god damn watch
The apple watch is the best scam of all time
The gear s2 is just about
1000 times better...
There is a USD 100,000 "Statesman" model available with apps for nuclear button management and automatic wig re-ordering tools
Plus... A watch is one less thing to charge and that's a big deal to me nowadays.
iPod Nano ftw.
wasn't first the proto-chicken that laid the egg?

Im already running OS 2 Beta 5. Very Nice. Yes the watch was originally released "unfinished", but that will be remedied.
Well its SOOOOO much better now, they've added many many updates that made it more useful. It had a weak start but it is proving its self to be more useful today.
What kind of idiot would waste $600-$22,000 on a Strap? I would rather build a nice gaming PC or Buy a new car OR go on vacation...
TheGoldenEagleEye People with that money already have those things and a private island
MarioDragon True :(
TheGoldenEagleEye people who don't build gaming PCs for starters.
and people that have cars that come stock with engines built by AMG motors.
Please understand that I don't have anything about gamers, I was just showing a different perspective.
sex scene in this video. HYPE LOL
Apple Gold Smart Watch : $10.000
Breitling Navitimer 01 : $7.000
I don't want to live in this world anymore
10 bucks for a apple watch? I'll take it
Both watches are ugly and overpriced.
linus was totally right and we're pretty much there today
I cant understand the critics.
1. I have the 42mm and my battery is usual at 40-70% (depending on usage) at the end of the day. At Night i charge it anways, scince i dont wear my watch in bed.
2. I think its nice that the display dont automatic turn on when i got a notification. I dont want my watch to showing stuff like that while like everybody could see it. If i raise my arm after getting a "tap", it will show the notification...
Only thing little bit annoiyng is the watch not turning on everytime i want to check time. It doesnt work well when lying as an example.
The early comments club!
linus confirmed gay, and a bottom not a top ;)
OMFG BARF! CAN U IDIOTS COME UP WITH SOMETHING BETTER.
more like Linus confirmed has a dang wife and 3 kids
Trash Mann she’s bearding for him
apple is failing after steve jobs' death. He was way better than tim cook
Waiting for the Blocks Smart watch to be available; a modular smart watch seems pretty cool
I don't understand what anyone would use this or any smartwatch for. They're basically glorified pedometers
His voice is higher than Donald trumps polls
well at least you tried
hey linus I'm a pretty avid badminton player too, could you do a video talking more in-depth about it? like your equipment and possibly a vlog style vid showing you a typical day for you going out to play. thanks!
Watching this almost 2 years later and still wearing my gen 1 Apple Watch I got in 2015. The new series 2 is waaaayyyyy superior but I am waiting for series 3 to upgrade.
Now I gotta go replay Eye of the Beholder.
Thanks, Linus.
"Enough strap options to choke a horse" I had to pause the vid to laugh my ass off xD
A big YES to the PC inside a mini-fridge! GO Linus Media Group do it.
1:57 "in fact!!!" lol that voice made me laugh
When you said hey Siri my watch turned on and gave me a 30 second transcript of what you were saying
At 1:38 there's a model for $22000, I thought the most expensive was $17000
