I was recently diagnosed and have struggled with my condition for years when people just thought I was a maladjusted loner with depressive tendencies. I got 0 points on my assessment, and in the assessment notes there was much that made no sense; a justification on the grounds of physical reasons not to give me PIP when my condition is almost entirely cognitive. I even had a social worker with me during the assesment. Makes no sense this.
I know exactly what you mean. when I have had the charities and even a social worker asses me they put me at 12-14 points, but the people that do the real assessment put me at 0. the mind boggles
we are getting advice from the citizens advice bureau because I got my appeal rejected so we are going to tribunal. whats more annoying is we have a month to respond to the appeal rejection, from when they sent the letter. They sent it second class so it took a week to get to us. so not very happy.

i hope u get pip if u appeal. U need to report her for lying in your face to face
