I love this song and hated it when the Pokémon Tower was replaced. The song is sad...not creepy. Death is a part of life and people need to get over it. Somehow though, Smooth made it sound sad and beautiful. (And, Lavender Town has another plus for me....I love the color purple 💜)

Lotr Green Because Lavender Town is supposed to be scary and dark. Actually in the first game(s), Pokemon was a bit more obscure, then when the creation of the anime, the game was redirected to kids (even if it was for kids before, its childishness was reinforced).

***** well it is supposed to give off a feeling of slight depression and death as that is what the town is about. The same type of feeling is given off at the Final Hours of Majora's Mask. The song that plays makes you feel like everything is just going to die, and you think of all of the people still left behind, and how that they have accepted their death. Music in videogames is supposed to give off an emotion depending on the settting of that point in the game. Lavender Towm theme did this very well, but creepy pasta accelerated thos feelings in some to levels that weren't meant to reach at that point in the game so people flip-out when they hear this song -_-
