Amazing writing, I never fell for a character like this, even after all the great series I’ve watched, GOT, breaking bad Walter white, etc. I was waiting for Ragnar to rise again in season 4… only to see him fall for good. You thought he was a god, amazing writing again. First character I loved.

Love the way she gets up from her chair in time with him, you see sadness and fear in her eyes. She wanted that moment to last a lot longer. When he got up, that was the end. Lagertha never wanted him to go, yet knew somehow he had to.

I loved that we foresee him going into exile when he imagines seeing young Bjorn, Gyda and Lagertha on the shore after Rollos betrayal i believe. These scenes along with his goodbye to Gyda get me the most
