This is a message that I got in this Dell Inspiron 15 when I replaced the hard drive...the laptop did not recognize the new hard drive and won't let me boot from the USB drive nor the DVD device...it's a simple configuration to the boot options to fix this issue... follow the instructions and Thanks for watching.

Omg I was struggling to fix this error message fo three days and couldn’t. I even open my laptop... finally I typed the error message here, found this video and wa - la in 3 min my laptop was fixed. Thank you for your video

The flash drive u plugged in is containig windows software or something or it's empty plz answer me?
The flash drive has windows 7 ,it's a bootable drive to install a new system on your hard drive...also you can use a DVD windows aswell.

I have done the first part of the video but I still get the error message , what could be the problem?
Your hard drive is not well connected ( to check that you need to open the drive location and make sure it's connected)...or it's damaged and in this case you have to buy a new hard drive.
@@LightOverdoZ Hey I trying to fix it right now. When you hold ctrl, alt and delete is from the same drive message ? or you reset it an the you do it?
What kind of ssd you installed? Sata or nvme? Will it helped with nvme ssd if uefi doesn't have nvme option?

It went into loading when it finished. I got a NOx in top left corner says: windows \system32>echo off. I hit enter and didn't turn on. How do I turn it on? I have a latitude E5500 Dell Lap top

Fine is the E5500 Latitude Lap top. Fine says windows system32 echo: off. Doesn't seem to work the same as yours to turn it on. Please help

my computer takes me to safe mode after doing this where it ask me would i like to restore my pc :(
That means you need to restore or reinstall the window on your laptop, but at the end the machine is accessing the Hard drive...so try to restore your system and if it does not work that will mean that your hard drive is dammaged.
I was asked to enter Admin Password?
If the Laptop's setup is secured it will ask you to enter a password to access and do changes...you may know the password if you are the only owner, and if the laptop had a previous owner you have to ask them about the password other than that you can't do so much except flashing the bios which is a complicated process

I don't quite understand what you mean, but what kind of hard drive your laptop has?
In my laptop ssd and internal hard disk both detected in BOIS but Not showing in disk management & windows file management.

@@yio3996 Press F12 Boot for boot Menu and select your hard drive as a boot device, if it doesn't boot that means your windows needs to be reinstalled or your hard drive was damaged
