Excellent tutorials. I'm having a heck of a time getting into an honest position to even do the jumping progression of the shoulder work. Do you think that's an active flexibility issue, or should I go back and work more general hamstring flexibility?
So when you’re doing pancake fold you want to be on your hip bones with a straight back. When you actively lift your legs should you sit on your hip bones or is it ok to be more on your butt, and it looks like your back is slightly rounded. Am I correct in this observation?
Great video. I think I’m getting the idea of what I need to do. So I need my upper body (shoulders) stable whilst squeezing my legs up into the handstand? Do I need to really squeeze the legs hard?
Thank you Leila, no, you don't have to squeeze your legs that hard. It's more of a mix between all the different components you have to put into the press.
Coach, hai appeso i nove giganti di Attack on Titan per sottolineare che sei un "gigante della verticale"? XD Comunque è un video eccellente, complimenti!!!
Best comprehensive and helpful handstand drills I’ve ever seen! Thank u for sharing! 🙏
Thank you so much for that, appreciate you so much ❤

Thank you so much! Appreciate this a lot!

Thank you so much, Sid. I do think it's a mix of both, but general hamstrings flexibility may be the main issue here.

@@theflexibilityguy Thank you for the reply. I guess I just have to keep working at it.
